Vixer Status

It won't allow me to download anything in 1080 or 4K. I pay for this app, it should not be this bad

I have a subscription but it won’t allow me to save the video Is there a size limit to what I can produce?

I can't export my video from the app.it keeps repeating exporting over and over again.

I worked long hours editing a video only for it to not be able to export! It would say: “Exporting failed, there was an unknown error” Please help!

Vixer not letting me add music to projects

My Vixer app, which I love btw ! I can’t add music anyone. I can choose it , hit the plus , re play the video and no sound track at all. Down load , still no sound track Please help me 🙏🏻

When I go to upload my Vixer video to Instagram it changes the formatting and zooms in on the top left corner, making the video entirely unusable! When I select a video outside of Vixer on my phone there are no issues, only when it comes from Vixer. Please help!

Vixer erased ALL my saved videos, including the ones I was in the process of editing. Also, Vixer will not let me use any of my purchased iTunes. Please help!

Been working on a video for two weeks, now it will not save or upload. Lots of time and effort down the drain. Have the premium plan. Please advise.

This app takes a couple attempts to open and when it does it will not upload anything. I get an error message “Unknown error occurred”

I have spent hours doing a slide and sent to save it cut out and won’t save . So I checked it and my photos are not showing up in the slide area . Don’t know how to fix it and it’s so big to start from scratch. So disappointed

Trying to download pictures and I keep getting unknown error. I am not very happy with a Vixer for the amount of money I’m paying and I have a short amount of time to get my project done.

I am having a couple of the same problems others are having. It started my telling my some of my photos were corrupt and now it won't let me upload any music. I have purchased sooo many songs to go with the video's i have made and I don't want to lose them.. Please help me ASAP I use this App for work.

All of a sudden when I try to load a video I cannot and a message comes up that says “unknown error.” I also updated my iPhone to latest iOS and I wondered if Vixer is not updated too.

What’s going on guys? No sound to tie into the photo and vid creations? Worked fine in the past.

I have been using the Vixer app to make videos of my students and it has really been a great way of sharing a special moments with their family. However, I have become so frustrated with doing all the work to make the videos and they won’t save or export to my video sharing platform. Please help or I will have to replace this app with a different one. Best, Misty

App keeps shutting down whenever I click “text” to edit.

When saving it randomly says a photo is corrupt or damaged and won't save - maybe has to do with transitions?

Audio doesn’t upload with video

The slide show makes 2-3 photos black then it will not save or send to another platform

App will not upload/export video. I have been trying for a week. At one point it started to export twice but once it got to 98% it just kicked it off of the app as if nothing ever happened. Very frustrating especially when you have a subscription.

While it used to have no issues, it suddenly says “unknown error” when I add photos to any project. It also removed my audio from previous projects I have made for some reason. I was going to renew my subscription in august but not going to if I can’t get this resolved.

The app will not let me save my videos

I am trying to change speed on my clips; however, the original audio of the video clip was muted. Is it normal?
