Connectivity Nightmare

First, it wouldn’t connect to my WiFi or let me try another network - even after restarting the device and deleting my account. Finally it went through, but now the app is stalled on the room sound check. I can’t connect to it over Bluetooth or AirPlay yet. Such a disaster
Garbage app for a $2,500 speaker

I hate this app so much. WHEN setup works, it takes for ever. I have not been able to add a second speaker which essentially wasted me another $2,500. Would not recommend to anyone
Sadly unhappy experience

I purchased three of the Alpha Cells to create a multi-dimensional sound experience in our living space, but unfortunately, the software binding them together has been highly unreliable. Compared to our other wireless devices, which never seem to glitch, disconnect or lose performance, the Cells via App have often failed to live up to expectations.
We have had gatherings where music was planned, but instead of providing an enjoyable audio experience, the Cells glitched, stopped playing and had to be replaced with our more reliable Sonos system. My family now considers the Cells a disappointment and I can't blame them. Although they are good when they are working, the unreliability has been a major issue.
