Empower Driver Reviews

I have been driving for Empower for close to one year now and my experience is near excellent!
I like the surge notifications and the option that a driver can set his own rates/surge fare. The customer service is good and friendly. The driver appreciation zoom meetings give drivers the opportunity to interact with Empower staff to address concerns. The referral program is great too.
Though there’re minor glitches on EmpowerDriver which would require tweaks and improvements moving forward such as alternative routes and EmpowerDriver theme which need to have a night mode feature when you drive at night there’s too much white glare on the current theme.
Navigation sometimes takes me to the back instead of the front building of some pick up locations.
Ridership is low in certain areas of the DMV while sometimes pick ups are far away for me.
Overall Empower is a great ride share I will recommend to anyone any day. On a good day I drive less hours yet make a high earning than I would have when I drive Uber/Lyft. This is the part that I love most as both wear and tear on human and vehicle is very minimal. Keep it up Empower!

I have been driving Uber for 5 years and hate driving for them. They take 40% of my money and also customer service is horrible. Now with empower I keep all of the money from my rides and I am going to be able to send my kids to college. All drivers need to be driving with Empower!

I take the privilege of meeting customers and building a relationship with them. Personal service is key to longevity it this business. Depending on passenger priorities, I’m either the best or I cost too much. Opportunity for me to encourage haters to come back. You get what you pay for. Drivers get paid directly from stripe daily. Recommend yes!

My background check was completed weeks ago… Yet EmpowerDriver continues to tell me every day that my application to drive is being processed and should be finished within 24 hours… Would love to start driving with Empower but cannot get past the sign up phase. DC based.

I’ve been driving for ride what companies for years now, and it’s astonishing how much more money I’m making at Empower than Uber/Lyft. My riders also seem to be more pleased with the service as they say it’s cheaper. I feel far more valued as a driver with Empower!

I’m glad that I no longer need to think about how much my fares are getting deducted. This company only charges you a monthly fee to use EmpowerDriver which is way cheaper when you add everything up.

I heard empower from a friend of mine he lives in Washington D.C. i got EmpowerDriver finished my registration through EmpowerDriver at end they told me that they have no availability in San Francisco. I have been driving for uber and Lyft for 6 years now not satisfied at all,

I definitely love Empower. It has changed my life. It has given the flexibility and the opportunity to be my own boss. Can’t speak for nobody else but this is the best platform. Thanks Empower for letting me be apart of your team.

Finally a rideshare app that’s about helping everyday people make a living and not be forced to give up a majority of their fares. I can’t wait for this to spread around the world!

I drive with empower ride share company its a great platform . good rates for riders and for drivers as well . i recommend everyone those needs cheaper ride should try. i love it

No one picks up the call when you need customer service and when you leave a message they typically take days to reply assuming you have a problem with your ride be it within the day or night there’s no one to talk to. Bad business

Not only am I making more per ride, my riders are paying less! Everyone wins! Add to it the ingenious gender filter, women can feel safer by requesting a woman driver!

EmpowerDriver is a new driver all however it’s a great idea and I’m doing so much better since I started driving with Empower!!

This is a great app for drivers that lets drivers keep 100% of the fare and set their own rates! Together, we can Empower!
