This is not investment app, it’s even more worst than saving

Your customer service agent's response to my withdrawal request before investment maturity was shocking. It is unjust to charge penalty fee on principal and interest for investment breaking maturity. My plan is to withdraw all my fund at the end of this investment cycle. Please respond with the process for breaking investment, if this isn’t true!

Not being able to transfer my funds to the bank cause you guys did not verify my passport ID

I made a payment of $30 again now to my account up till now I haven’t received nor see the money in my account

I haven’t been able to withdraw my money ever since I funded it and I even got a dollar card in Risevest and now it’s nowhere to be found in Risevest

I funded my account with $10 just to test Risevest . I have submitted all documents requested for verification. BVN and Identity verification. Still have issues withdrawing. Contacted customer support, no response. Please don’t use Risevest or service.

Having difficulty registering as it doesn’t allow me scroll up to click on the button after filling up info on the register page .

Withdrawing your money from the wallet takes so long. This should be a seamless process.

Risevest is rubbish I fund my card 5.11$ and after they have removed there funding feels 1 and what amount I saw on my card is 3.2$ what is the meaning of that are you using Risevest to steal

I have not been able to open my app for weeks now. I have uninstalled and installed and updated still nothing. What is going on? Everytime I open it, it just loads and shows me a blank white page. Nothing else happens

It’s a great app but you guys should work on some issues I added some money from my Walter to my plan and I haven’t received the money it’s on pending

I think you should amend the time frame while there’s withdrawal made and to be processed into one’s bank., I would appreciate if that’s being taken off cause after couple of days yet still haven’t gotten it and most time when people invest with little and make withdrawal wanting to see if they are safe and experience something like this then they intend to backup so please that should be sorted out as quickly

At first, Risevest was working perfectly not until yesterday. It stopped allowing me to log in. The log in option kept loading but would not go through.

I really like the services you provide allowing to save in dollars and also investing in dollars. I know that when I invest in us stock for example you help us invest but it would be very nice to know which stocks our money is going into. It’s sad sometimes just seeing loss and not really not knowing anything about it. If you make some changes I would increase my rating and also recommend to most of my rich friends. Keep up the good work. Thanks for help me save
