LEGO Status

Hello, the Lego Builder app keeps crashing on all of our devices. All Androids. I have followed the troubleshooting 3 steps from your website but it has not fixed the issue. It is crashing still. On Samsung Galaxy tablets.

App crashing since version 3.0.6 on my Tab S..

Whenever we try to use the lego APP to acquire the building instructions for set 60355 the app shuts down. Now we have a very sad child that cannot create and build his lego set which he got for his birthday. Very annoyed that there is no alternative to download the instructions in PDF or other format. Please fixt this issue.

App is crashed and worried I have lost the record of our 70 or so Lego instructions. The app gave an option for logging on which I haven’t seen before - a username I didn’t recognise with a picture of a black knight. I clicked on it and since then the app freezes on opening. There is no record of any instructions left. Our “green dinosaur” avatar has gone. We need him back!
