Nowhere to report issues outside of app. Also, I thought ExploreHere would automatically read the makers when passing so the driver could stay hands free. Unable to select filters based on interest makes it difficult to search through a long list of markers/places.
Using ExploreHere for the first 10 minutes while traveling west Texas, and found it to be very informative and entertaining. Would recommend some type of audio interface so drivers do not need to be tempted to read.
I am in love with this and the companion markers app. I know the devs are continuing to define and include new features and am thrilled about the work they’ve done so far. Immediately purchased the lifetime membership. Wonderful product highlighting the history of who we are. The cultural DNA. This is the best use of AI and the internet anyone has come up with. Maybe I’m just excited, but I feel that way! Cannot wait to see what is next!

Great for if you’re driving through to somewhere else and don’t have time to stop and read historical marks

I had the history channel app that used to do the same thing. It has since shut down as of 2019. ExploreHere is 1000% better. Worth the $5 for ANY history nerd
I’m amazed at how many landmarks are nearby where I live. I walk past these things all the time but never thought to check them out until ExploreHere pointed them out. Good way to learn about the city!

Already love ExploreHere so much. Not only notifies you of local historical sites, but ExploreHere also informs you which indigenous land you are currently in. Already considering upgrading to pro - for only $10/yr, why not!
This is my favorite app of all the apps I have on my phone. I am a total history geek, and I have learned so much more history that I wasn’t aware of, simply because of using this while traveling across the country! It is exciting, user-friendly, and gets you to the exact destination you need. I’d recommend this to anyone who is a history enthusiast!!!
When uninspired, I try to plan local bike rides around historical landmarks. Before ExploreHere I was using Google. ExploreHere makes it super easy to landmarks and dig a little deeper. The link to Historical Landmark database is very helpful. The mentions of native land is a fantastic touch. Highly recommended!
Is ExploreHere still supported? And if so is there an update coming? App won’t open. Just crashes. Loved it when it was working.

My family loves ExploreHere! We have truly learned so much from ExploreHere and have some really cool things to stop at! It also helps my husband and I stay awake while driving through the night!
Find the markers that are where you are going and if you visit the marked place or not, you’ll learn the historical events that occurred in the area. You then can choose if you want to learn more, but I can already say even the text on the marker is interesting. How much more you want to learn is up to you.
I really love ExploreHere. It’s amazing for finding historical markers that you drive by too fast to read. It works great locally and on cross country road trips. I had one minor thing I needed help with and the customer support immediately helped me understand how it worked.
I got a job a year ago that requires me to drive all over NY state and the NE. I love history and see these historical site markers all over but obviously I’m driving and I can’t read them. This is perfect for going back and reading the signs I drove past!
