I do not like your new App; its many messages to me & its demands for me to fill out information.
What in the world is going on & why does BCBS believe it can start making these demands of its insureds.
Are life ins companies going to do the same about lifestyle choices & then deny beneficiaries the death benefit when the insured adds to their calendar they are going skydiving?
When did Ins Cos start thinking they can control even more of our lives?
MyHealthPlanner is intrusive & not helpful to me.

MyHealthPlanner works about every other day. Wellframe needs to make this better so that you do not get a blue screen. I need MyHealthPlanner to correspond with my health care manager, but instead, I find myself deleting it because of the blank blue screen. Much like Blue Cross Blue Shield, nothing but trash.

The only thing I used it for is as a medication reminder alarm. You answer the surveys and all they do is send your articles based on your responses. Depressed? Articles. Want to lose weight? Articles. I tried to submit feedback through MyHealthPlanner but the submit feedback button doesn’t work. I went ahead and deleted MyHealthPlanner and will just use an alarm on my phone for my medication. I sincerely wanted MyHealthPlanner to help but it has zero effect on my life.

Really tired of typing N/A. Please get your programmer to add a checkbox or button. The rest is pretty nice; missing that and making you type it is just slack.

I use a feature on my iPhone called voice over. I was initially very concerned about MyHealthPlanner because I did not know how well the message feature would work. Turns out that part works really well but I have one problem, once I’ve complete writing a message, there is no way to get back to MyHealthPlanner . I have to close MyHealthPlanner completely and open it back up again.
If you guys can fix that, I will be glad to give you five stars

I like MyHealthPlanner and the support it provides.
Just wished it was more directed towards my meds etc. understand that there is so many types of cancer, sickness it would be difficult but if they could address my meds it would be a great help.
The lady working with me is great and stays in touch, listens and provides help. If everyone is like her this is a great system.

Overall, MyHealthPlanner is very good. However, I have had an ongoing issue where are the step counter reset to zero. For example, one day I had 11,000 steps and the next day the step counter had reset to zero. This has occurred three times with in 2 weeks.

I really wish that I would’ve checked into this a lot sooner I signed up for it not knowing exactly what it was. I definitely needed it. It would’ve helped me if I would’ve used it sooner. Care and compassion from the team I have received is unbelievable.. MyHealthPlanner is pretty simple. I just have to figure it out and stick with it. I would definitely recommend this. if you have any doubts, just try it.
