I am not happy with this and was mis sold this product. Please reinstate the live feed. My Aiwit doorbell camera app won't let me see my live camera unless I subscribe. This is forced and disgusting behavior. I don't mind watching adds to unlock previously recorded videos but now you are completely locking me out of using the device in its entirety if I don't subscribe. I BOUGHT a doorbell camera, not a door bell. Allow me to use it.
for the past month my device M50 keeps going offline. But for the past 3 days, when i add my device, it connects to my wifi, but it does not receive the registration information and will not connect. I have tried uninstalling, reinstalling, putting the app on my laptop, I have emailed 3 times, but no one has sent a reply.. I just renewed my subscription dec 24th. I deleted my account to try and restart and re-register my device... but nothing I need help!
You can cancel the subscription on the app. The trial period will end and the normal deduction will be made. After canceling the subscription, users can apply for a refund through Apple Pay/Google Pay. iOS users can log in to reportaproblem.apple.com to apply for a refund themselves. The camera is not bad at all. Good quality and works fine. I wasn’t very lucky with my camera though. I bought it in January/2023. The wifi suddenly stopped working and I couldn’t have access to my camera anymore. As I paid for the store for the year, I bought a new one exactly the same. The new one connected to the wifi and works perfectly, but I am not being able to use my subscription. I don’t understand why, if I am using the same login and password as I was using with the old camera, and the subscription is valid until February/2024. I tried to contact the customer service to get some help. They take hours to answer, sometimes even a day, and when day answer, they keep saying that I have to give them the ID of the old camera, and I am trying to explain that there’s no way for me to get the ID of the old camera because it’s broken. Since that suddenly disconnected from the WIFI, I have no access at all. And then after hours and hours, they answer with the same argument “we need the ID of your old camera”. I am very frustrated and furious, because I paid for the year, the camera stopped working by itself, and even buying the exact same camera, I cannot use my storage cloud, and the customer support doesn’t seem to care to help.

PAY ATTENTION TO REVIEWS! I much rather give no stars. I bought this camera in June and it worked well for two months then it stopped operating or functioning properly as the camera stopped recording then eventually started to completely shut off. I contacted CS which you can only reach via the company’s app or device app and they sent a replacement however, although they sent the replacement, they have not transferred my 6 month subscription over to the new device prompting for me to have to purchase another subscription (subscriptions offered are only 6 and 12 months) in order to view recorded videos etc. I have tried contacting CS several times for several days and have not received a response. Due to my experience with the faulty device and the lack of communication from CS I will not recommend this product for anyone. You will get what you pay for. Do yourself a favor and spend more money on a more credible brand/product. You’ll regret purchasing this product. My neighbor have Blink and when she had issues with her doorbell camera she was able to speak to a live representative! Here you’ll get ignored. I have screenshots to prove it as well that you’ll get ignored by them.

No Alexa(Amazon), Apple, or Google hub integration. Ok no biggie I thought. Nope, cameras can’t even connect to a real 2.4ghz network. I needed to broadcast both 2.4 and 5ghz bands under the same SSID just for it to connect the camera. Once connected, the camera would send 1 frame on live view after a minute or two and then time out saying network was too slow. That’s with -54dB and I turned on my old cameras just to double check there’s no connection or bandwidth issues with any of my other wireless devices. The concept is great as a camera that can swivel, and move 360 degrees, housed in a light bulb socket. But the execution is poor. Avoid this brand at all costs, this is my 2nd camera. I switched to blink instead, which allows for an external hard drive so no subscription fees and WAY better app and functionality.. just wish they had a light bulb swivel camera haha oh well 0/5 run away as fast as you can
