I have been missing rewards for several months now. I have put in request and it goes ignored. This was the final straw for me. I’m done! It has been several months on some of the support tickets. I love the game Match Masters but when I hit the final reward it did not pay out. I continued to play just to make sure I wasn’t mis reading the rules and finished the next level. Still nothing. No response to the support ticket and no rewards. The only time they are concerned about support tickets is on a review. I place a new support ticket everyday because there are several games that have not paid out rewards and everyday no response. If they are so concerned over support tickets then trust me mine is not hard to find. I even had one over email and they just blew me off. Saying submit a support ticket. Which is what I had done. Very disappointing and very frustrating.

ZBD used to work the way it was supposed to when it was first downloaded… for the most part. First, I couldn’t get to the “offers” page on bitlabs unless I completed at least 1 survey, where you’re supposed to be able to just access it without doing that. Then the “offers” page for bitlabs just stopped showing up all together and when going back and forth with both this app and the external force that runs bitlabs for weeks, I was told they’re “working on it” but still haven’t received updates on whether it’ll be back up and running or not and haven’t received any sats for any of my in-progress games of which iv completed goals for. Iv also had issues with the other external partners that use this app’s platform in which I wouldn’t receive hundreds of thousands of sats until I went back and forth with support team people for weeks. At this point it’s not even worth the download, keep the space free in your phone for something better.

ZBD used to work, but a year ago I had troubles logging in. After multiple emails with support, it finally worked again and I thought it settled, until a few months ago. Again, I contacted support that I could not login, nor could I reset my password. After answering all the questions they asked (that could have been answered by reading my support ticket), I was assured they were working on a solution and would have it working soon. I asked for updates several times, and received no reply. I submitted a third ticket, and have not even received confirmation they received said ticket, let alone any progress on the login issue.
Meanwhile, games linked to this account are now saying they cannot deposit to my gamertag. Since these earnings often expire within a couple weeks, this slow support is not just frustrating, but costly. Vestly and Bitcoin Miner, for example, can no longer deposit to this wallet.
This used to work, so there’s no good reason it should no longer work now.
I hope this gets a real answer and not a cookie-cutter response, but maybe a 1-star rating will wake someone up in support.

Nothing about ZBD works, including the password reset option. Their customer service is just a bot parroting back FAQs. Never in my life has it taken me more than a week to get a password reset, yet here we are. They then tell you you can’t delete your account data without logging in 🙄 Nobody needs this headache over $0.03 in bitcoin or whatever this is.

I’ve been using ZBD for a few months now and have just been collecting Satoshi, trying to hit $5 before I cash out. However, as of last week, I was no longer able to send Sats to my account. When I tried signing out and then signing back in, my screen would lead to a page that simply said “Account Issue Detected” and to reach out to their customer service.
So I did, and after a while they finally got back to me saying:
We regret to inform you that your account with ZEBEDEE, LLC has been closed. This decision has been made in response to multiple violations related to our Terms of Service.
We are sorry that we cannot offer you ongoing service, but we wish you the best and apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
But they never gave any specifics about what I did wrong or how I violated Terms and Services, and they never sent a warning that I was doing it or that my account would be closed if I continued. Not only that, but now I have absolutely NO ACCESS to my account and cannot cash out ANY of the money I’d been working so hard to earn.

I was cashing out my stats from bitcoin mining game and not only it didn’t put my cash out amount to my this app wallet it also made my previous balance disappear. I won’t recommend this this app wallet to nobody. I swear I didn’t swap, sell, or change anything. I simple cashed out my stats to this app wallet and it never arrived and my previous this app balance disappeared without me doing anything but pressing cash out on the bitcoin miner game to this app. I try to reach out to this app and there is no customer service. 👎👎

Idk why Google, discord, ect can still log in with. O issues. Why this app has locked apple users out is super annoying and frustrating. Can’t log into my existing account and can’t use apple to login or start a new account. No explanations. Idk if it’s to force apple users to join another platform to boost the number of users, but can’t login. this app and Viker are basically pushing apple users out while allowing other users for Google and Discord to login and/or start a new account. Even ppl that play bitcoin mining can only use this app as a wallet. Thanks for destroying my like of all those platforms. It really demonstrates favoritism while now telling apple users we can’t even login to get our sats out. Guess it’s one way to manipulate the price of bitcoin, I bet apple users won’t be able to login until after the next halving and after the price deflates.

the application is miss leading and there a few things regarding the application that does not sit right. I recently joined the application and have already gone through verification, but yet it seems that I’m unable to withdraw any satoshi and get an error that contradicts my account already being verified. Information under the help desk link is invalid and once you make an account, there doesn’t seem to be an option for you to delete or remove the account. A few applications seem to have been flagged for fraud like “Bitcoin Miner”. IT’s disappointing.

If you are here because of Bitcoin Miner (or other Satoshi play to earn games), all of the problems previously listed in reviews will happen to you too. I suggest to anyone, just delete the apps now and take the couple hours loss. Go get Coinbase, go to the learn to earn section, and start actually understanding crypto while earning. I started playing a play to earn game through there with the money earned from the learning section. Never needed to put money in to get started and will never fear losing my funds. These "beginner/entry-level" crypto apps are just lies and scams; they don't intend to pay you (or anyone actually earning anything) in the first place.

Edit: The reply by the developers should show just how disconnected they really are from these apps and their users.... It has nothing to do with what I've said 😂

I’m not happy right now. I’m trying to create an account but it won’t let me. Keeps saying something about “we can’t service users in NY” one problem, I’m not IN NY I live 4-6 hours from there!! In a completely different state! I’m not going to play a Bitcoin game I can’t cash out on. this app needs to fix this or I’m removing BOTH apps. It makes NO sense to allow someone to download a cash out game when they can’t access the wallet required to cash out.

My account has been locked out multiple times after certain updates. I reach out to support and they answer and are helpful until you tell them your account is locked out and then they go quiet and stop responding. I suspect this is because they want normal users to sign up again with a new email to falsely inflate new user counts as they try to push their products to devs/investors. Doesn’t make sense why they stop answering on Discord and in App chat when you ask these questions.

Update: worked with their support team and found out that they are listed as being in Nigeria. Just a word of caution ZBD that does KYC has your data available Nigeria if you sign up.

Today I received a notification that my account had an issue and was advised that it was closed due to violation of terms And conditions. I’ve literally only ever clicked a link in the this app app to install a game. Played the game and the once rewards are received follows the in app directions to withdraw said sats. I recently hit a higher level on two of the games I was playing which result in larger reward. Now suddenly I “violated terms and conditions”. What conditions? Play the game? Earn rewards, withdraw anytime. When asked for clarification or ability to appeal, request review, no response was provided. And conveniently am are unable to access the terms and conditions now.

Downloaded six games through AdGem, that do not show up and have not been rewarded. Reached out to Customer Service who has taken weeks to respond and is not providing any solutions. Their answer is to reach out to their partner, which is near impossible through their app, plus, the games are missing so there’s no verification. Encountered this problem with other apps, and they resolved it efficiently and quickly. There’s no excuse for this app to be this negligent.

I was excited about ZBD and day 1 and 2 it worked well I cashed out about 6 dollars after playing non stop for about 20 hours. This is day 4 and I did not expect to continue at that rate but have been paid nothing except for taking the daily survey zero through playtime on the games. and Ads are sometimes not available for 12 hours at a time in game or in app I downloaded about 7 games and progress stopped after I reached 50% in each game some never paid anything. Sad because I really like several of the games. Going to give it until tomorrow morning but if there is still no progress and they can’t fix the AD availability issues. I’m deleting.

It’s been several days I play the Bircoiner and the Satoshi earned from that game go into the this app WALLET. THE FIRST COUPLE OF TIMES I DEPOSITED STATS INTO THE WALLET EVERYTHING WAS FINE THE BITCOIN GAME DECIDED BETWEEN this app and Bitcoiner game and take my sats. after trying to contact both platforms, there has been no luck no response just telling you my experience and their discord is pretty much garbage too has no moderators will even talk to you they have their own little click of people and right over people asking pertinent questions. Just Google can I trust this app and the problems you’ll be surprised I was.

This is pretty dumb. I enjoy playing solitaire and other games but the payout rate is just so insignificant that you will never make any decent earning and it is really basically the same as playing a non earning game. If you want Bitcoin that bad just by some with spare change that’s more than this system will ever pay out.

App itself could use some work, specifically in the support feature. I took several surveys to earn a couple extra cents for fun and the rewards never redeemed properly. I contacted support and was promptly ghosted and have been awaiting any response for 5 days. It does let you know who you’re talking to and whether or not they’ve read the messages which is nice. Unfortunately it lets you know that you are being ignored. Because you have been talking to one customer support person you cannot contact another, there is no option to open a separate chat or submit a ticket. If your customer service fellow decides to ghost you, you are on your own. Because of the unreliability of the rewards redemption, I cannot recommend ZBD. Maybe when it has some more time to develop. Rewards for the surveys are nice though.

I originally downloaded ZBD because of another game I play that allows you to earn Bitcoin in the form of Satoshi's. For those purposes, ZBD works great.
My real concern comes from the surveys that ZBD contains that allow you to earn more Satoshi’s in-app. I don’t know how many surveys I’ve come across asking about how many children are in my household. And any indication of a child seems to instantly change the whole survey to have the children be the whole focus. It’s disgusting. It’s disturbing. I stay away from the surveys at all cost now because of how creepy and weird it has been for children to be the main focus. Nothing about it feels right, and that experience is negative enough that I almost wish I hadn’t downloaded the game that led me to needing ZBD in the first place. Two stars because it does allow me to transfer funds from the other game, and that feature works great. But I can’t in good conscience leave a positive review on an app that seems to have some extremely questionable priorities.

I downloaded ZEBEDEE then downloaded brick king and solitaire apps. I was only able to cash out once from each of those two app. After 24 hours passes. I verified my identity on my account on ZEBEDEE app. After that, I have been unable to cash out and transfer reward from game app to ZEBEDEE app. Constant pop up “something went wrong” to “i reached my max withdrawal”. Clearly there is something wrong with ZBD . A glitch perhaps. Needs to be addressed

Hi! So, I activated my account while I was visiting Arizona, but I’m back in Washington. Is my account still safe, but inactive? I sure hope it wasn’t disabled.
(I really do wish Washington was fine with these services. Fetch rewards takes forever and takes away points if you idle, not to mention I signed in with the wrong account and got locked…) And Microsoft Eewards I have, but it’s slow to earn. Though this is too, it’s nice to have more platforms to earn more over time.
I look forward to the day Washington opens up to these! (Also the day Apple recognizes iCloud Storage as a subscription so I can tell it to stop taking from my gift money!)

ZBD has been honestly so great to work with. I usually just play games until I’m bored of them so honestly I haven’t made it to completion on a lot of tasks. I did however spend time and money to complete the tasks for Dice Dream. Completed the final task and it was marked completed on playtime. After 48 hours I reached out via the link on playtime and did not hear back, I proceeded a day later and tried again through the link. I messaged help two days ago through this app. It took them a day to ask me to provide proof, today I provided proof, it was seen and not replied too. I enjoyed ZBD can we please let ZBD that has been working well for its purpose keep working well.

I love ZBD. I have been playing now for an out a year and have easily made a few hundred bucks within that time. The issue I have come from their support department. I have had multiple app rewards missing for months and in total am missing 47,141 Satoshi from my account. I have contacted support multiple times regarding this and have been assurednit was escalated.…im not sure what escalated means to the support team but to me it means it should be taken care of in a timely manner. The support team is basically ignoring requests when their app does not work correctly.

So I’ve had ZBD for a few days and everything was going great. All of the sudden ZBD is telling me that they don’t service my area? It was working fine for the last few days. The notification was also saying that they don’t service the WA area? I don’t live in the WA area I’m actually in Idaho. Not sure what happened.

Here to leave an actual real review. I have officially played with ZBD for about 2 days and made 3.54 cents in satoshi. Honestly probably played 3-4 hours total at very most. While that’s not a ton it’s not horrible compared to the competition. I have not withdrawn my funds yet so I aim on updating my review once I’ve done that and I will add the edit so if there is no edit… I haven’t done it yet but I will. I truly believe these reviews need to be much more serious. When I say this I mean you need to take a few hours before you consider leaving one. You can’t tell if an app or game is going to be good off of just 5-10 minutes play time. Which is what 98% of these reviews are. My goal is to eventually push these apps to try harder when introducing new systems that ruin the integrity of their game and essentially punish the players to return a profit. I see it too much now. If you know you know. Anyways, I’ll be back with that update to change to 5 stars if the withdraw is successful!!

If your a male with kids who only reads English, don’t bother with the surveys. The either are all in Spanish or you get disqualified after telling them your age, race, state, and how many kids. LITERALLY EVERY SINGLE ONE. Doesn’t seem built for the average American. And even half of them disqualify after just opening before even answering any questions lol.
I’ll change my review when your gear towards the Average American.

While I do like ZBD and it has helped me get some bitcoin, there are issues with ZBD that need to be address and the common one is Geo location. Many times I would try to access either in Hoboken or Jersey City, which is not far from New York, and for some reason, ZBD is thinking that I am in New York, which I don’t understand why some states don’t allow ZBD at all. But the fact that I’m clearly in New Jersey and the phone still doesn’t recognize the exact location I’m in concerns me and needs addressing

The surveys will at least pay partial even if you’re not their target audience. If anything goes wrong with data transfer for a game however, you will not receive the rewards even if it says you completed the task. This usually occurs for the last few, higher paying tasks. So if you want to play the games for the tasks and not only enjoyment, then I would suggest to complete only up to task 3 or 4 since any data after that will likely have “an issue regarding the tracking of your recent progress in the game.” and they will not reward you since their “ability to track and reward progress depends entirely on receiving accurate and timely updates from the game.”

ZBD works for the most part. When it comes to the game sections though, if you have any issues with not being given the rewards and contact support, they are basically nonexistent and it shows how little they actually care. Personally, I’d say don’t play any of their game offers on arcade or playtime, as if you do have issues, then you may as well consider your time wasted because the support team is heavily lacking in their parts of the job and despite having weeks to fix a problem with evidence of it being legit, they still won’t help you get what you earned. If you download ZBD, only do the daily polls and surveys as they are the only things that are actually consistent and you won’t need to worry about not being paid as the surveys and such are given to you directly after unlike the games. Again, don’t play the games if you get ZBD, support team is so bad a group of 4th graders could do better. It’s heavily disappointing

ZBD stopped updating my says deposited 9 days ago - up to this point, ZBD was perfect. Hopefully will be fixed soon, especially since successfully verified.

I’ve played several games now and have received my SATs most of the time. Two games, Bingo Blitz and Dice Dreams, I received SATs for the first few milestones, but then they stopped paying when I got to the larger sums. I’ve wrote a few emails to this app but have not heard anything back.

As a gamer, I love earning SATs for my hobby (even if my best friend doesn’t). However, they hold the keys. Given this is a beginner entry to Bitcoin, it’s understandable. Hopefully there’s an option to eventually hold your own keys to save on gas fees for those who, like myself, prefer not to hold large balances in wallets that aren’t “mine”. Like a toggle switch or something. I know I’m reaching, though. Like I said, ZBD fits the purposes of ZBD since it’s beginner-entry oriented. Time will tell.

My second suggestion. I’m a gamer. As much as I enjoy casual mobile games, I have screenshots of games I’d love to play… but they don’t earn me SATs. However, I’d also like more complex games. Games that aren’t so easy to implement SATs into. Trivia is easy. A money swing is easy. What about Million Lords? What about GTA5 or Red Dead Redemption? Ok, may be reaching again. However, I truly believe hyperbitcoinization is right around the corner. There’s dozens of games (simple, casual, mobile games) I want to be able to earn SATs from. Reach out for the ss.

ZBD is great! Only issue I can think of, is the arcade tracking of games. Arcade has a better payout. Yet the tracking is slow or “fails” on too many games. I’ve lost quite a bit to failure to track issues! If that could be fixed I’d give 5 stars wholeheartedly

I found ZBD and tried it out and I love it. It gives you a variety of games to play and you end up getting rewarded for playing. It’s not a huge amount but for those who like Bitcoin this is a great app to earn some. I’ve been playing for about two months now and I’ve earned a little over fifty dollars in sats. It’s not going to make you rich but you earn the coin and you never know, the Bitcoin may increase in value and then you end up with something. Fun games and a good way to make a little extra in your spare time. I highly recommend ZBD. Try it out you won’t regret it.

So far as I can tell this is the only app that lets me actually make money, like real money. Not pay them then maybe get money, actual money far as I can tell. Seems legit. Mind you it took about a week of surveys and some cheesy games (some good ones too) to get to $20 but that’s better than the couple of cents other apps give you if you can even use them due to location. Well it’s not technically money but can be turned into bitcoin which can be turned into money or used a ton of places as is. May it may not complicate my tax return but whatever. This seems to be a diamond in the rough when it comes to apps claiming you can get paid.

Yes, minimum wage is much better pay but this is just when I’m sitting wasting time anyway so who really cares. There are worse ways to spend your time.

First-I started playing a game that pays in SATs - I honestly just rolled my eyes because… 99% are scams… then you have to download this wallet (another eye roll) BUT it actually pay’s immediately which is awesome (I send to cash app)….
Then today I had a very nice email from a PERSON not a robot email asking if ZBD was up to par and if I had any problems please contact her and let her know …

Wow…. I’m super impressed with that … and actually being able to “cash out” (bitcoin cash out)…

So far so good it’s just been a few days since I downloaded ZBD and I’m very much enjoying all of it. I’m challenging myself to try to accumulate as many fractions of cryptocurrency as I can with the allotted time that I have to spend on gaining them through ZBD. so far not too bad already transferred over to cash app and it’s growing my cryptocurrency slowly but surely. I recommend it you should check it out! They always say low and slow is the best way of cooking so that you can apply to this, and this might be the best way to gain fractions of cryptocurrency. 🤘✌️🤙

I love ZBD it lives up to its expectations and I would recommend it to anyone that is trying to make some extra funds, the only downside I'm having is with the arcade the links aren't working and I can't download new games other than that it's a great app and pays you fairly and would highly recommend this to anyone hopefully the issue is just a glitch keep up the great work.

I was a bit hesitant at first to use this because of my experience with past crypto wallet and scams. I will say though after using it for a bit, it is super easy to use and the transfer fees are only 1% of your Satoshi which compared to others is pretty good. Another praise I would give it is that when sending crypto to other wallets or cash app, it automatically creates an allowance of about 10-20 Satoshi so you don’t accidentally send more than you can afford and have to pay a fee. The included deals and offers are also a great way to earn extra cash.

This seems like a pretty cool crypto wallet, I have a few; it definitely has some cool and fun stuff to do to earn extra sats. The only problem I’m having is that sending Sats from this wallet to this wallet or funds to my bank account seems a little less than as straightforward as some of the other crypto wallets I own. But, I’m guessing it’s just because I am relatively new in using this particular wallet and it is just different and once I figure it out it will be as easy as all of the others; also in this app’s defense it is late and I’m really tired and just playing with this right now so I just may not be catching on due to being totally spent from working all week and all day today. Getting Sats transferred to this wallets from a Bitcoin fountain was super easy, I’m just having a little bit of a problem sending from this this app account to another wallet or to my bank account or preferably to my Counbase account or Coinbase wallet. Regardless, I’m cool with letting the bit of crypto that I have in this wallet just sit if I can’t figure out how to move it. It’s always good to have an extra wallet with some miscellaneous funds.

I think this is a great app and I really enjoy it! Not sure why some of the other folks had issues but I have not had a single one. I’m updating ZBD currently and it seems to be taking a bit longer than I expected so I read the other reviews and decided to put my two cents in.
I think it’s great that I can also send sats from another earning app! That was really easy to do!
I hope after this update finishes everything still works as good as it has for me…..
Guess I could be upset about the surveys before Christmas because I didn’t “qualify” for any of the big paying ones for whatever reason but I kinda think surveys are stupid anyways because they’re all biased. Me not “qualifying” to answer some questions because I might or might not own a particular thing kinda proves that. But I still have fun with everything else!

This this app pays out in bitcoin rather than cash, but it offers various advantages. like several of the other apps: tester-up, tester buddy, Benjamin, eureka, and several other income earning types of apps. This one gives you variety of options to earn as well as significant amount of programs that aren’t found on the other ones. One thing I’ve noticed about all these HuBs for income apps is they tend to broadcast the same games. And if you have already played the game or downloaded ZBD on your phone previously then you do not get credit for it.

This Platform, however provide you with alternatives to all the normal mainstream apps that are out there and games that the other hubs don’t offer.

This is a good app-earn sats (Bitcoin) the rewards are small but it’s a great community and a great onboarding tool for newbies. It’s more than your usual pay games/ do surveys to earn. Hello, would y’all be able to update this? Because everytime I do some surveys and stuff it keeps saying I’m not qualified with the survey and everything. And when it says how many bitcoins I’ll receive once I did the survey I always receive 50 Sats everytime and I just don’t understand why… I gave this 5 stars because it pays out real Bitcoin but pls fix this or update this so I can be able to receive more amount.

My title says it all, ZBD is very interesting. I appreciate at bottom line you get paid. My be different than what I’m use to but still getting paid to play games, give my opinion, surf the different articles on the site; but still, you get paid. Just make sure you put the correct info and your signed in on each platform or fane and your good to go. I enjoy ZBD and other apps that interweave itself into ZBD. I can’t even log in to ZBD I have to make a new password everytime and then when I get into the application I’m stuck on the gamer tag page where it shows me the gamer tag and I can’t even view the sats I already deposited from Vestly in there

That’s ok but I don’t live in NY.

Great app that makes use of the Bitcoin Lightning Network, where you can send & receive & earn Bitcoin for nearly zero fees. The only problem is that even though I’m 2 hours south of New York State, my IP address is told I fall within their draconian jurisdiction, and I can’t access my wallet as a Pennsylvania resident. State governments have way to much power!

This one actually did pay some everybody who wants to know if you’re reading this review I am saying it’s actually worth it my payment went straight to cash app and it was immediate.

Honestly I don't think I've ever come across a simpler, more user friendly, low fee, and easily accessible bitcoin wallet. It's gotten me so far in less than a month!!
