This app used to work, but a year ago I had troubles logging in. After multiple emails with support, it finally worked again and I thought it settled, until a few months ago. Again, I contacted support that I could not login, nor could I reset my password. After answering all the questions they asked (that could have been answered by reading my support ticket), I was assured they were working on a solution and would have it working soon. I asked for updates several times, and received no reply. I submitted a third ticket, and have not even received confirmation they received said ticket, let alone any progress on the login issue.
Meanwhile, games linked to this account are now saying they cannot deposit to my gamertag. Since these earnings often expire within a couple weeks, this slow support is not just frustrating, but costly. Vestly and Bitcoin Miner, for example, can no longer deposit to this wallet.
This used to work, so there’s no good reason it should no longer work now.
I hope this gets a real answer and not a cookie-cutter response, but maybe a 1-star rating will wake someone up in support.

I was cashing out my stats from bitcoin mining game and not only it didn’t put my cash out amount to my ZBD wallet it also made my previous balance disappear. I won’t recommend this ZBD wallet to nobody. I swear I didn’t swap, sell, or change anything. I simple cashed out my stats to ZBD wallet and it never arrived and my previous ZBD balance disappeared without me doing anything but pressing cash out on the bitcoin miner game to ZBD. I try to reach out to ZBD and there is no customer service. 👎👎

the application is miss leading and there a few things regarding the application that does not sit right. I recently joined the application and have already gone through verification, but yet it seems that I’m unable to withdraw any satoshi and get an error that contradicts my account already being verified. Information under the help desk link is invalid and once you make an account, there doesn’t seem to be an option for you to delete or remove the account. A few applications seem to have been flagged for fraud like “Bitcoin Miner”. IT’s disappointing.
