The authors of the software still live in 90s as they require to manually save your work every time. If you work on more or less serious mind map, that requires to spend significant amount of time, I guarantee you will lose your work by not clicking save button every time you switch to something else. The support is completely useless and the best they will tell is that it is your fault, as you, who would guess, must click the save button. Please save your time and your mental health from a lot of frustration when you open EdrawMind next time only to see the old version of the document. Better go with more expensive mindmanager or any other product and don't waste your time and money (which they refus to return after 30 days) on this JUNK! I spend around $150 on the perpetual license and will never get back to this piece of crap again.
If you read the term, it will access all of them. And by the way, to other users, if you think iOS will protect you by asking you to choose those. That is wrong. Apple merely gives app the option to obey those restrictions not really protecting you.
At least they tell you about it, but before you can even start using this there is a huge red flag in that you have to create an account. When going to do so, you are informed that your data will be mined.
Bad software developers that engage in such practices deserve no stars. There are no excuses for forcing that.
I bought the higher version of this program for around $89 and realized it did not suite my needs. Also it did not produce accurate mind maps. I opened a ticket with them and never heard back! At first I wanted it fixed but then I just wanted a refund or at least a downgrade to this program. They sent one email which was unreadable. After that I Never heard back! This company is a scam if they wonβt reply or offer to help. What reputable company allows you to open a ticket, but never follow up? Now Iβm out the money I paid with a product I canβt use.
Searching the templates area for any word or term yields no results at all, even when searching for words in the names of the templates that appear under most liked and the other categories. Not an internet issue; EdrawMind connects, actively searches (circle spins), then stops showing no templates
Product versions and file syncing across devices is rough. On desktop, everything else is great!
It's very interesting app ,please add Farsi language to use in web app.

This mindmap is the software that I dreamed about while using other mindmap software.
The save issue is still a growing pain. However, this Co has solved so many other problems as compared to shortcomings of other vendors - they have proven they are exceptionally talented and intuitive - i have faith that the current save feature is a trade off or a limitation for user benefit.
Just got EdrawMind 10 min ago and Iβm only using the most basic features with mind mapping but so far itβs smooth. I like it and hope to use it as a tool to help me be more productive
There are many mind mapping options, and this one is a good one. It is robust, well designed, has its own cloud service, and works well with macOS as well as iOS. I purchased the whole package with Edraw and the two programs work well together.
Awesome product! My favorite mind mapping app of all I have tried. Itβs very easy to use and help me a lot.
By far this is one of my best applications for mind mapping. Itβs recent upgrade with AI image is amazing.
