I use ReminderCountdown everyday and love it. I put in all medical appointments, family birthdays and holidays. I also put in when a CD is maturing and a sale I wanted to shop is ending. There is something about this countdown app that keeps me organized. Visually seeing the list of upcoming events and having the number of days, weeks and months left before the event creates a framework that is very convenient
Being able to use different colors and themes is very effective. I can ,at a glance ,look down my list and distinguish between types of reminders. I use ReminderCountdown on my phone to make new appointments at the doctors office. I use ReminderCountdown on my iPad to schedule “to do” items. It really helps me plan my day, week.
Thank you to the developer and I encourage anyone who wants a simple to use, creative way to organize your life to give it a try. I used the free app, but upgraded to pro because I love it that much.

Clever design and features. I never would have thought to make it possible for people to choose to show a countdown in any combination of years-months-weeks-days-hours, etc, but I love being able to do so! And that’s just one of the clever useful features of ReminderCountdown. I had a question about why the badge app icon and the countdown in-app were not always the same, so I contacted the developer and I quickly received a thorough explanation. (It has to do with how the time is rounded up.) I’ll definitely buy the full version, even if only to support the developer. The ads, surprisingly, aren’t intrusive at all in the free version.

Dear User’s, I an going through the reviews to see how ReminderCountdown it going (As I previously had it) I see that so many people complain about the default “permanent” reminders. First of all, They are not permanent you can remove them. Second of all I want to say that when you LIE about ReminderCountdown it affects how other people see it. People should mess around with ReminderCountdown before rating it as so many people give FALSE information. If you’re one of these people. “Why you always lying?” 🤪

I have ReminderCountdown as a record of annual celebrations and events. I have used this for several years and have spend a long time setting up different colors for different events along with other visual cues for fast recognition of a certain event with added information in the notes I wanted to keep track of. With this up date, all my choices have been changed and all information in notes is lost. I was not asked if I wanted these changes to take place nor if I wanted to remove information in notes. I have many entries and losing the notes has really upset me. I guess I must be great full that all my information was not lost.

Super easy to use and you are not forced to rate with a 5 star rating to use it like another one I tried.
I would like to see them add a way to adjust the background. You can use your photos as a background but they don't have a way to either move the pic or text. I.E. I use the persons photo as a background for birthdays but when you can't adjust it you get the text over the face or other important parts. It would also be nice to add text! And one more suggestion: maybe a way to filter the list, or the ability to choose favorites

Love ReminderCountdown. It's easy to use and I like the customizable options. However, I've been having issues with it ever since I updated my iPhone to iOS10. It keeps popping up with reminders that I've deleted. And the notification badge on ReminderCountdown shows up with high numbers like 27 when only one reminder pops up. I deleted ReminderCountdown and reinstalled and I'm still getting notifications of old reminders. Not sure how to fix??

This is my favorite reminder app. But in the last few updates the sync stopped working correctly. Before it didn't matter were I added or updated a reminder (iPad or iPhone) it synced flawlessly. Now if i update or add something on my iPad it never updates on my iPhone. It only worked if I added it to my phone. But today I noticed that, that isn't working any more. I created events on my iPhone and the haven't synced to my iPad. Hope they fix this soon. Sent an email. They replied but, but they just told me what I knew. Never fixed the problem.

It works very well for what I need to use it for. It is easy to use and you can start using it very quickly. For most things I set two reminders....one for the day before and one the day of an event.
What happened to the notification “bell” that you could check to see why reminders had recently happened? I would check that to see if I had missed a reminder when I would have my phone on silent.

I loved the convenience of ReminderCountdown until I needed to delete a reminder for the winter. I made a reminder to change the hummingbird feeder every 5 days. Now that it's winter, I don't need the reminder. I have tried deleting it, restoring, deleting the entire app and reinstalling and NOTHING will get rid of this reminder, even though it's not showing up in my list! I contacted the developer and they blame it on ios10. At least I was able to turn the sound off so it doesn't chirp every 5 days! Other than that, it's a great app. I would advise not putting a temporary reminder on it, because you'll be stuck with it forever.

I'd used a different birthday/anniversary app that is no longer supported so I switched to this one. It's easy to use, quick to input info and nice to be able to customize categories. The only reason I didn't give it 5 stars is that it doesn't seem able to sync data between my iphone and my ipad, even though it automatically loaded ReminderCountdown in both places.

I spent a lot of time entering birthday’s and not once have I ever been alerted. If it’s something I’m doing wrong, then ReminderCountdown is designed poorly or the set up is not very clear on the instructions. I was telling my husband about it and he said he had ReminderCountdown a few years back and he deleted it for the very same reason. I tried going back in the settings, but I can’t see anything wrong. What a waste of time, not to mention that I missed one of my Grandson’s birthday on July 16th. Who designed ReminderCountdown? Shame on them!!! If I could give it zero stars, I would. Needless to say, ReminderCountdown will be deleted and I will find another that really works. Ugh!

You're so much better than the last app I was using for years, and in one update ruined everything. I do have 2 suggestions thought. 1, widget and 2, count-up timers should be at the top, like chronological order, so I can see how long something has happened without having to scroll to the end of the list of things that won't happen for months/ years. Other then that, perfecto. Keep up the good work.

I know I and several others that would buy the full version if you add a way to filter the countdown to workdays (mon-fri) or school days in our case as we are teachers. As well as a way to add other days to filter out for holidays and other days the students aren't at school. This would open up a new functionality for you users as it would be able to be used by everyone with long range work or school obligations. Add these features and it will be worth paying for the full version.

Use it for medical reminders for son's prescription for his Type 1 diabetes. Due to insurance screw ups I have to order so many different things at different time of the month. Having ReminderCountdown I am able to set it up to remind me days ahead and it's easy to see what is coming up to let my pharmacy know what I am going to need so they have it in stock. Highly recommend!!!!!

Five stars all the way! ReminderCountdown has made life so much easier for me. It reminds me of things I need to do every evening, things I need to remember to take to work the next day, weekend and evening events, and even provides a countdown for my upcoming retirement. My brain is simply too full and too tired the older I get, and ReminderCountdown fills in the many gaps. I love it and would recommend it to everyone!

I use the free version of ReminderCountdown and it's pretty basic but totally meets my needs. Works much better than Apple's reminders app. I keep track of family birthdays, things i need to do every 3 or 5 or 6 months. The free version has plenty of ways to customize my reminders. Would like more pictures to choose from, but that doesn't really matter so much.

ReminderCountdown reminder has some very cool features. You list all your events you want to be reminded from or even list a countdown for like how many days until Christmas and you can pick a background, a little note to go with each event and so much more. There are 100 plus reminder apps but this is the one I suggest!

I have been using this for several months and love it. I track all of the dates for my fishing tournaments and can tell at a glance how many days left until the next one. The notifications are a plus. Although I use the calendars reminder, this is so much easier since the events are all displayed on one screen.

ReminderCountdown is very simple to understand and use. If you’re a very timely and visual person ReminderCountdown will make your life much simpler. Set your date for any significant event and have the exact time remaining until it arrives allows you to prepare without procrastinating. Very intuitive and easy to create events. Tons of options on how the events are displayed. Most importantly, ReminderCountdown allows the amount of time to be displayed in years and not just days or months, which is so beneficial when the event won’t occur for more then a year. Just works, and works well.

ReminderCountdown is very useful. I haven’t come across any apps like this one , with so many features and options. It should have more settings for the different notification sounds and should be able to use pictures from my phone album for the different dates that is save, eg the persons picture for whom the data is saved for Thor Birthday
