Piece of junk!!! Beware if you don't want to lose hours of your work!

The authors of the software still live in 90s as they require to manually save your work every time. If you work on more or less serious mind map, that requires to spend significant amount of time, I guarantee you will lose your work by not clicking save button every time you switch to something else. The support is completely useless and the best they will tell is that it is your fault, as you, who would guess, must click the save button. Please save your time and your mental health from a lot of frustration when you open the app next time only to see the old version of the document. Better go with more expensive mindmanager or any other product and don't waste your time and money (which they refus to return after 30 days) on this JUNK! I spend around $150 on the perpetual license and will never get back to this piece of crap again.

I bought the higher version of this program for around $89 and realized it did not suite my needs. Also it did not produce accurate mind maps. I opened a ticket with them and never heard back! At first I wanted it fixed but then I just wanted a refund or at least a downgrade to this program. They sent one email which was unreadable. After that I Never heard back! This company is a scam if they won’t reply or offer to help. What reputable company allows you to open a ticket, but never follow up? Now I’m out the money I paid with a product I can’t use.

At least they tell you about it, but before you can even start using this there is a huge red flag in that you have to create an account. When going to do so, you are informed that your data will be mined.
Bad software developers that engage in such practices deserve no stars. There are no excuses for forcing that.
