Booked nearly 4 months out, but my travel dates changed 1 week later, they couldn’t accommodate an affordable change and was only left with the option to refund. Now I’ll be waiting up to 3 months to MAYBE get my money back.

Seems to be 10-30usd more then if you call them directly.
