“Refunds can take up to 3 months to be reviewed and processed by the airline. Whilst we cannot guarantee if your ticket is eligible for a refund.”
Booked nearly 4 months out, but my travel dates changed 1 week later, they couldn’t accommodate an affordable change and was only left with the option to refund. Now I’ll be waiting up to 3 months to MAYBE get my money back.
They charge you more. Be aware
