How to fix Next2Do app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the Next2Do app on iPhone
Update Next2Do app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall Next2Do iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix Next2Do on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve Next2Do network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

Next2Do Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix Next2Do not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the Next2Do App
1. On android, goto Settings » Next2Do » click [Force Stop]

Update Next2Do to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Next2Do App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » Next2Do » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart Next2Do.

Fix Next2Do unable to contact server/ Next2Do internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click Next2Do » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto Next2Do » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch Next2Do
