I couldn’t even use TaxiF because when you enter in your phone number it keeps saying its invalid. Waste of time. You guys need to fix it.

I recently started using this app, and everything was fine until my last two trips. On both occasions, I booked an eco car, but I ended up getting eco+ vehicles that were smelly. When I contacted customer service, they didn't provide a proper answer and kept arguing with me. I am really disappointed with the service. I hope they can make it better.

The services used to be very good

1- Now the captain may accept your request while he has someone else's request to deliver, which leads to a delay in the arrival time.

I was in a hurry one time, I tried to booked and waited for more than 10 mins but the driver just cancelled it without informing me. Seriously, do better.

I can’t use TaxiF because I can’t get past the phone verification, it’s simply never calls my phone even though I’m using a proper phone number. I have emailed them about it and they simply say that it’s my fault they don’t offer any other solutions.

I made a preorder for a van to take me and my family to the airport. The driver supposed to be at my house at 10 am. Unfortunately, nobody came and there was no phone number to call customer service other than the International one. I tried WhatsApp and it was unhelpful at all.. We ended up ordering an Uber at 10:20. At 11:25 am the ride was cancelled by this app without any explanation or apology!! So unprofessional and disappointing!

Before you book you see the price rates was so affordable but right after you booked and you reached the destination the rates from the beginning was different and already the fare was so high. Iknow i am not the who facing the same issue

My 1st ride with Mr Gazanfar mahmood was amazing, his driving was good, taxi F rate is amazing and the ride was immidiate available 😊
