I made a preorder for a van to take me and my family to the airport. The driver supposed to be at my house at 10 am. Unfortunately, nobody came and there was no phone number to call customer service other than the International one. I tried WhatsApp and it was unhelpful at all.. We ended up ordering an Uber at 10:20. At 11:25 am the ride was cancelled by TaxiF without any explanation or apology!! So unprofessional and disappointing!

I recently started using Taxif, and everything was fine until my last two trips. On both occasions, I booked an eco car, but I ended up getting eco+ vehicles that were smelly. When I contacted customer service, they didn't provide a proper answer and kept arguing with me. I am really disappointed with the service. I hope they can make it better.
