I am a long time customer at ShowGrow, and one of my fav things offered was ShowGrowVegas . It was quick, extremely easy to navigate, and over all user friendly. Every bit of info you needed was accessible through the home page, one click.

Well, about 2 weeks ago, I was told I needed to download the new app. Seemed a little strange to download a new app instead of just some updates. ShowGrowVegas was completely re-done, and what a downgrade it was. I found it annoying that I needed to dig around to find my rewards or past purchases/history. The MOST disappointing, is the menu tab for product is a hit and miss if it works. If you do happen to get the menu section to work, there is no way to filter results, see 7g specials, etc.

The last app ShowGrow had was a 10 out of 10, the new one.......3. Very disappointed stoner over here!!!

Because of COVID-19, they’ve switched to delivery. I’ve been waiting over 6 hours for my package. At 10 pm I got a text saying it’s just waiting to be dispatched. I live about 5 minutes away. It’s now a little past 12, I got a text saying “thank you for shopping”. But like where’s my order? On ShowGrowVegas it has my order as a past order instead of an upcoming order. I get their super busy but they should be updating costumers better and not say their orders will be at your door in 4 hours.

So this place. Is totally unprofessional. They put up a sale offer. Which is great. But they do not have the efficiency to stand by what they claim.
I placed an order today at 1230pm. I received 4 phone calls all from different personal phone numbers from “employees” that were trying to fill my order properly because they didn’t have in stock. They claim to have your order delivered in under 4 hours. Mine came closer to 6 hours later. I tried contacting the store to let them know my problems. But their mailbox is full and lines are always busy.... Get your things together or don’t have a sale you can’t keep up with... I’ve spent thousands of dollars in your store, and won’t ever be back!!!

I received one of many automated text messages starting if you spend over 200 that they include an eighth of their lower thc% stuff. They didn’t include it upon delivery and dispensaries are already charging top dollar for product so I didn’t accept the order. After getting ahold of them she said it must have been from their California location. BS since the text says Las Vegas on it. She then flat out refused to honor it. I’ll never do business with these greedy, greedy people again. No idea how they’re in business the way they head bang people with prices and refuse to honor their own promotions. Stay away!!!

We were so happy to be able to get our flower delivered, but when the driver arrived, we saw that she wasn’t wearing a mask or gloves. As I rushed to get a mask & gloves for my husband, we realized he’d have to actually get much closer than 6’ to sign for the delivery! I really think ShowGrow should devise a method to allow customers to stay safe during this pandemic. And that would include having their drivers wear masks too. They may be young, but that doesn’t mean they’re invincible! Hope our next buy will be in better times, but if not...please make some changes to how the exchange takes place!

I want to say I love ShowGrow. That said, there are too many occurrences where I order online I get to the store and the product is not in stock. It happened tonight and cost me a reward stamp. I’m not rich so I order with the intention of redeeming my points or getting a free preroll after 10 purchases. Please, can someone stay on top of ShowGrowVegas /stock and mean what you post.

I think show grow is great. I had two deliveries that went well right on with the timing they suggested 4Hours But today all started good came to the 4th hour I called and was told that driver knocked and no answer I was home all day waiting so had to reorder and wait another 3 or more hours. Had to say something maybe knock harder, ring door bell sorry just frustrated ✌🏻

ShowGrowVegas is extremely convenient for those who like to know what’s available for purchase before arriving at the dispensary. Rewards members are able to track their points and apply them to purchases with ease.

It’s unfortunate that the descriptions of each product fail to list the specific strain though, e.g. indica or sativa. It’s the most inconvenient aspect of ShowGrowVegas .

Despite that, the staff are incredibly friendly and knowledgeable. They give quality suggestions and expedient service.

Using ShowGrowVegas works pretty well but responses can’t really be in real time which can be a bit of an issue when the orders for delivery are so high, pun intended. Driver was nice enough to call after my phone didn’t register his text but I wished he would have stayed in his car because that’s safer for us both. I miss the days of Express pick up. Couldn’t that still be used with the current restrictions? Just schedule people no more than 3-5 customers about fifteen minutes apart. Strictly pickup not staying beyond purchase and change if needed. Just a thought.

Today was my first time using delivery. It went great. I placed my order. Show Grow stayed in touch until it was delivered. It took about 3 hours, which under the circumstances is good.

The driver was friendly and wearing a mask. That’s great.

Show Grow is by far the best in Vegas!
No one comes close to the Service

If you plan on grabbing anything here the reservations system will get you in and about easily within 15 minutes. Will be going here many more times.

I have found your customer service outstanding. I am a medical patient and have never waited more than a few minutes t be assisted. The staff know the products and often have made helpful suggestions on different strains. My 2nd favorite shop in Vegas!

We have always had a positive time at the shop, but delivery today was so clam and easy! They got it right, especially on the fly!!! We have used other delivery over the past year and this was by far the best! Way to go Show Grow!!!

I tried ShowGrowVegas & express service order today for the 2nd time & love it! My order was ready, no waiting in line & I had time to browse & choose what products I wanted with no pressure! I highly recommend express service!

I have use their app multiple times for in-store pick ups and have been more than satisfied. I check in go inside and within a few minutes pay for my order and I’m done. So easy highly recommend !!!!!

Have to be honest and give an honest review that ShowGrow was just OK when it first opened but I’ve been impressed at the improvements in customer service, variety of products and price over time. The switch to delivery because of COVID-19 has followed along very seamlessly as well. I’m a happy customer.

I really love the new ShowGrow app! It’s so easy to use, displays their entire menu & allows me to make purchases in advance so I don’t have to wait in line for my product. Once you are a member of their loyalty program, ShowGrowVegas tracks your purchases in which you earn points towards free product!! This is a really great idea for a dispensary....great job ShowGrow!

i love showgrow- i love their rewards system, and their delivery service is awesome. i had trouble with ShowGrowVegas in the beginning-but it’s really easy to use- and customer support is always there to help when you have trouble. but overall i never have issues viewing my points, redeeming my awards, and order all my deliveries. plus the team at showgrow is always friendly, super nice- the experience is always an A+

Wish the minimum was lower and charged a fee based off the amount you spent.

Given the circumstances, still great service! Didn’t take longer than 3 hours. Much appreciated.
