The app works about the first hour I put my hearing aids in then when I try to go back into it, it keeps saying searching and i cant get back into app. This happens every day. I cant make any adjustments ar all.

How to fix Imprint app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the Imprint app on iPhone
Update Imprint app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall Imprint iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix Imprint on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve Imprint network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

Imprint Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix Imprint not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the Imprint App
1. On android, goto Settings » Imprint » click [Force Stop]

Update Imprint to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Imprint App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » Imprint » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart Imprint.

Fix Imprint unable to contact server/ Imprint internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click Imprint » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto Imprint » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch Imprint
