The app works about the first hour I put my hearing aids in then when I try to go back into it, it keeps saying searching and i cant get back into app. This happens every day. I cant make any adjustments ar all.

The app doesn't let me do things, even scrolling, 3 secs after opening. Basically, I can't click. The app doesn't work, or stuck.

I click on a book, it says loading, then kicks me off the application to my home screen. I’ve deleted it and reinstalled, turned off and back in my phone.

Sometimes- usually on the summary page- I cannot scroll to the bottom of the page and consequently I am missing out on a significant amount of content.

When I click to start a chapter it starts to load, but quickly kicks me back to the page I was just on.
