For me, I know what I like but I often find it difficult to describe it. Local restaurants that have partnered with MWG to provide the perfect wine pairing for their menu is brilliant. I also love the recommendations given at my local liquor store based on their current inventory. Great app that I’ve used quite a few times & will continue to do so!

Great functioning app. I’ve used it a few times now and it’s definitely handy. I think I’d like to see more of a cleaner look inside MyWineGuide tho. Like high quality background images. (They seem a bit pixelated currently) and maybe the map section with the all the restaurant selections to look more compact similar to the Lyft or Uber apps. Hope this is helpful, because I feel MyWineGuide has a lot of potential. Great app nonetheless!

My favorite thing to do is try new restaurants and taste new wines! My Wine Guide has added another level of excitement when exploring in either my home city or while traveling. It has opened my eyes to different types of varietals and serves as a fun library to refer back to when selecting from an overwhelming list of grapes on new menus. Once you find something you like, My Wine Guide helps narrow down the next place to dine by honing in on what restaurants around the city carry the wines I have saved in my library. Makes it fun and extremely easy!

MWG will enhance everyone’s enjoyment of wine from the beginner to the expert. It will refine your understanding of what you like in wines and lead you to discover choices you could not have found on your own. I used MyWineGuide at a James Beard recognized Philadelphia restaurant. It led me to a superb red wine of a varietal I did not know. The staff was amazed I ordered it without guidance. MyWineGuide will make you the master of any wine list!

My Wine Guide is an excellent tool that helps me pick my wine at a restaurant or wine shop. What I love the most is that it helps me venture out and try new wines because it recommends wines that have a similar profile to the ones I normally like.

MWG is great when we have a group of friends at a restaurant and nobody wants to be responsible for ordering a bottle of wine, in fear of some in the group not liking the wine. Now we all compare our % and pick the wine that is the closet to everyone’s taste. Works all the time and everyone is happy!

As I’ve begun to study wine and develop a preference for different grapes, this guide has been helpful for me to learn about the different styles and combinations. As an avid foodie, finding the right wine to pair with dinner has also been very exciting! Hope to be able to continue to learn more and impress my wine loving family.

Really easy to use app with a friendly user interface. I thought MyWineGuide couldn’t get any better, and then they added in my local wine retailers. I can see my top-rated wines and where I can find them, all in MyWineGuide . Absolute perfect timing for the holidays. Should make the holiday wine shopping a breeze!

Such a great concept. Super helpful - as the wife and I were heading to Arnettes (our favorite local steakhouse), I was quickly able to check if we should bring a bottle with us or try a new red off of their wine list. Always like to try new things and this is a great way to find something to our liking.

As someone who is still learning a lot about wine and often times doesn’t know what to order when at restaurants, MyWineGuide does the trick! It’s super helpful at recommending wines that I may like and I love how Edward helps me fine tune my choices with every rating that I give. I am definitely recommending to all my friends and family!

I love how with just a few short questions “Edward” already has a great idea what I would like. I often find it overwhelming to stare at 10 pages of wine while my date watches me intently, expecting me to come up with the perfect choice. MyWineGuide is going to make this so much easier! I might even learn a little more about wine in the process.

I’m a novice when it comes to wine as I typically prefer ciders and generally fruity beverages but My Wine Guide has helped me discover a whole new world of flavors and styles that I have come to enjoy. What a great app for those of us brave enough to venture out of our comfort zone! I love that it matches my preferences and shows me choices that I would have otherwise ignored. MyWineGuide also matches wine preferences to your budget...don’t need to always order that special bottle when you’re out for a casual family meal. Unheard of!!! A must try for when you eat out!

I’m big fan of all the new locations that got added recently! I’ve found it helpful when stocking up on wines at BevMo, as I’m one of those people who can spend 15+ minutes wandering around the isles trying to decide on what to buy. It’s nice having a few good recommendations to try out with the explanations why right at my fingertips. No more guessing games!

An incredible tool!!! As a wine professional My Wine Guide gives me a head start on kicking my night off on the right foot. By being able to pull up the restaurant or wine shops list and inventory I can plan and pair to the mood or even the cuisine. The recommendations are spot on in any price point and I Iove the added feature of being able to share my fave bottles with my fiends and vice versa.

I always find it frustrating when I go to a restaurant and they may not have the same wine that I drink at home. How do I choose from a wine list when I don’t recognize any of the names? Problem solved. My Wine Guide to the rescue. While it isn’t available in EVERY restaurant yet, you may request your favorite restaurants to be added, and if they have an on line wine list, it can be added by the folks at My Wine Guide. What an Ingenious idea. Thanks!!!

this app really helps me find wines I like at restaurants. I’m not great at remembering wines I’ve had and liked. Nor am I good at finding similar wines at a given restaurant. MWG helps with both those things. It’s also fun to see what wines are recommended to friends while at a restaurant and compare notes. MWG lets me order something I haven’t had before with the confidence that I will like it.

I used this two nights in a row at different restaurants while on business in NY. On both nights MyWineGuide matched the perfect wine from the restaurant wine list. My guests enjoyed my wine selections so much we ordered more bottles. The amazing thing is that the wines selected by MyWineGuide were not wines I might normally try, but MyWineGuide gave me the confidence to order them anyhow and the results were amazing. MyWineGuide is totally unlike any other wine app I’ve ever tried.

Love that My Wine Guide knows what restaurant I’m dining at and helps me figure out what to do with the wine list! Makes going out to eat even more fun and enjoyable! I’m a wine novice and MyWineGuide helps me not only pick a wine that matches my taste profile but also helps me to understand why it’s a match for me. It allows me to keep notes and rate the wine after I’ve had it. It’s always a conversation starter at the table too and fun to see what others’ wine recommendations are!

So easy to actually understand the wine list and order wines you will enjoy. Also nice to know before you go what wines, prices, and ratings are so you can make a better decision when you’re at the table with friends or colleagues.
