Game keeps freezing

App won’t open
The adverts aren't working, it wasn't working all day yesterday and isn't working again today. The icon to get swaps is constantly shaded out so you can only use gems that you have bought. My WiFi is fine for other games.
Wordzee won't open. I've uninstall it & reinstalled it but it still won't open. Ongoing problem for a few weeks
When i open the app, mini golf scores show but will not close out. I have re-booted my iPad, tried turning airplane mode and and off and have turned background refresh on and off several times. Storage space is not an issue. I don’t want to lose my long play streak. Please advise.
When it loads up, it is showing the Mini golf game scores, and saying that it's over. But there's no x to hit, and the continue button doesn't do anything. I turned my phone off and back on and it's still doing it. I don't want to uninstall app and lose all of my diamonds and high scores. Please help.
The game opens onto the mini golf scores and won't click off. I have cleared my cookies, forced a stop and restarted my phone. Nothing changes. Please help me find a solution. I do not want to loose my very long play streak. Thank you
I recently got a new phone. Wordzee won’t download and I have high stats that I don’t want to lose. Can I uninstall and reinstall without losing my place?
One of your players that resplemps a tiger character known as flash when I competed against him the answer for that score is against the law to people or individual person with learning abilities just that I do have a learning ability and i play on your app the word that player scored was spaz just make sure you know this and could you make sure this not happen ever again otherwise I will go higher above you
