I have a problem with Grain

User reports:
No current problems

- Slow rendering speed, especially compared to LumaFusion

- App crashes frequently when trying to open footage or LUTs

- Exporting takes a long time and can cause phone overheating

- Basic features may not work properly

- User interface for everything besides color grading is bad

- Inability to save video after finishing editing

- No option to save video only, turns settings into a LUT

- Navigation through the app is annoying

- Quality of projects reduced from original

- Inability to export in 4K or original resolution

To resolve Grain network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Force Stop the Grain App
1. On android, goto Settings » Grain » click [Force Stop]

Clear Grain App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » Grain » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart Grain.

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click Grain » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto Grain » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch Grain
