Trying to make a payment and after the payment details are entered and I click make payment it doesn't process and gives the error message no mac specified. I don't have a private mac or anything on my phone so I'm not sure what the problem is....any suggestions?
Mobile app has been lost on my iphone SE. Search in app store I still have the app but when I try to open it all I get is a red screen. I can't uninstall or restore this app. Using laptop for internet banking tells me I need to have mobile app. Help please I need to have this issue resolved
A Yorkshire Bank customer for the last 40 years. Then Virgin took over. Finally given in to the bullying to use internet banking despite reservations about security. Cannot get on to internet banking as when I try to input my details it keeps telling me 'Something went wrong'. Went into the last remaining branch in our area (the two nearest to us have been shut down) to see a real person, and she just talked over us as we tried to explain that the app wouldn't work. Then fobbed us off with a phone number then told us it would take some time to get through, before walking away. Appalling customer service, but then I suspect we are in the wrong age bracket to be of value to this company.
App crashes as soon as I put in my six digit code
Mine been off for three weeks now, can only access my business account from my computer. Phoned 3 times with a total of 2hr 27min on hold and told someone will ring back, nothing. Time for a move I think
I reported an issue with the Virgin Money business app on the 24th July. It is now the 1st August and the app still crashes when I try logging in. I was told that this is a well known problem and is up to Virgin Money to fix it but the person could not confirm when the fix would be activated. The lack if communication from Virgin Money is not acceptable.
I cannot download a .csv version of my statements.
I have contacted the financial ombudsman regarding my Virgin app crashing preventing me from seeing my business accounts. I was told the bank have to resolve the issue within 8 weeks of a complaint being made to them. After this time the ombudsman can get involved. . For those who are as frustrated as me, I was provided with the following persons contact details in Virgin Money Fergus Murphy email fergus.murphy@redacted. Contact telephone number 01412487070. I tried calling and was put through but the line is open with no voice. Perhaps others will have more luck than me. If we email him in numbers hopefully the issue can be resolved sooner than later. Seriously considering closing the accounts.
mobile banking app on android crashed after entering 6 digit passcode. Yesterday I was told to uninstall and reinstall did this three times still nothing . Rang up was put on hold , transferred to another department where I was told it would be up and running within the hour ,24 hours later it is still not working. Need access to run my business this is so frustrating

Virgin Money app keeps crashing, immediately after accessing it. In addition, it impacts my ability to access my account online as you need the BeSecure function to be operational... from the App! This is totally unacceptable, as others have already mentioned. It completely destroys confidence that you can access funds electronically when needed. The Financial Conduct Authority really needs to know about this.
app misbehaving 11:51 today - business. Login is sort of OK, app throws you out immediately.
App immediately crashes when 6 digit code entered. Uninstalled and reinstalled, still the same. Cleared cache, still the same. Reported on 25th after 51 minute wait. This is a business account, effectively this has closed my business. Presently holding on phone 18 minutes so far. I'm not hopeful. This is disgraceful.
I am unable to access my Business account via the app. This is not acceptable as I need to make a payment. The app lets you type in the 6 digit passcode and then just freezes and kicks you out. I can view my personal account absolutely fine. What on earth is going on?

Virgin generally set out to fiddle accounts to prop up failing enterprises they own. Virgin Media is the same resetting accounts to claim money as they do with the banking app. Branson needs to be jailed.

Same problems here since the update last week, app crashes immediately on opening and I cannot access any of my accounts. I rang Virgin and was told they are are aware that there is a problem with Samsung phones, but don't seem enthusiastic to get it sorted out. Five days later, still the same problem. Nobody seems to want to sort it out. Nightmare. I have been with Yorkshire Bank for decades but since Virgin took over it's just gone downhill. Seriously considering switching to another bank as soon as I can access my account and move the money! I guess I may be one of many looking at recent comments.

Exactly as others are reporting on various platforms. The app accepts the PIN, then the landing page appears for a fraction of a second... then closes. This is my business account, so isn't exactly ideal, to say the least.

Can somebody please tell me why I never had problems accessing my bank accounts on the first of the month when I was with Yorkshire Bank, but since it has all transferred to Virgin Money this happens pretty much every month? Please do something about it or you will be losing another customer!
Virgin Money/Clydedale Bank app is DOWN YET AGAIN. Have spent the last hour trying to gain access to my money. I will not bother reporting the issue to Virgin as all they do is send out a template letter saying "we are so busy", we have so many complaints we cant get around to yours. This time I will be sending a LETTER to the Financial Conduct Authority demanding an investigation into Virgin. I am also starting to look at other banks who will at least give me access to my accounts. My advice to anyone looking for a bank, avoid Virgin money/Clydedale Bank like the plague they are rank amateurs. I have been a customer with Clydedale for 30+ years but Virgin have proved to me it they are a waste of my time and yours.
