JoyRide is in clear violation of JoyRide Store Review Guidelines, specifically provision 4.5.4, which states:

“Push Notifications should not be used for promotions or direct marketing purposes unless customers have explicitly opted in to receive them via consent language displayed in your app’s UI, and you provide a method in your app for a user to opt out from receiving such messages.”

The GPS accuracy is not accurate, the riders have reached the target location, and they are still in the original place

I have been using joy ride for sometime and I’ve noticed the drivers never have change. So I tried loading to my wallet. However today again I had insufficient balance in this app wallet so I had to use cash. Again go change. It’s not a big change it’s just 13 peso change. One rider showed me 1000 and 500 saying he had no change at all. I would like to pay the amount set in JoyRide please.

Did not know about this app until when we got stranded at Terminal 3 when no Grab driver was willing to pick us up. My niece suggested this app and we got the ride within minutes! The driver was excellent except that the car was old. He got the job done though with no problem. A very good alternative, indeed! Will use it again.

I rode with my 82 year old mom. He was very helpful and kind to mom. He assisted her when she got into his car and even secured a wheelchair for her when we got to the hospital. He was a pleasant conversationalist. I wish all your drivers are like him. He is definitely an asset to your company. He’s a perfect model of good service. Thank you for having him.

Easy to booked and always having available driver

I wish your app with include international travelers as subscribers to your app. It appears only Philippine cell phone numbers is available for use.

My driver Jay was very friendly and a great person. He talked to me about the city as we drove and made the ride very enjoyable. He was extremely professional.

Ariel was very courteous. His car was very clean and also smelled clean and fresh. My husband and I were very comfortable and enjoyed the ride to our destination. God bless Ariel in all his drive and car services.

My experience with this app has been so fun. There are many services to get around but this app is both the cheapest and fun. I personally have had a good experience and the driver always comes quick.
