Smoother and faster than cb not to mention that after the first deposit u do have to wait 72 hours to send assets elsewhere but after that first time u never need to wait for funds again, you can send or withdraw right away after the first time. Coinbase has you wait 2-3 days every single deposit which if you arr trying to add or hop into a position quickly that will be completely impossible to do with coinbase but with this app u actually have a chance. Also they support trc 20 which is 10x cheaper than erc20 that cb only offers

this app support has been the most impressive tbh, and usually Kraken works great and makes purchasing crypto fast and easy but when things are slow on the blockchain etc and it takes longer than normal for purchases to show up and i call kracken to see whats the hold up they answer right away and are always super friendly which is rare nowadays lol and i love that it is actually a HUMAN which is also rare nowadays! So thats why they get five stars cuz this is how u run and app ! Thx kracken and hopefully this quality stays on this level! :)

this app is simple, fluent, and pleasant to use. Their support team is great and responsive. Verification process was smooth and easy. Kraken ’s interface is in my opinion the cleanest looking of any crypto exchange. Everything is simple and I never have an issue trying to find a feature I’m looking for because the exchange makes everything so easy to find. this app is my go to. I wire in over $50k monthly to this app and haven’t run into any issues so far. My #1 recommendation as far as crypto exchanges go.

Wow! I absolutely love the new payment features that this app has implemented. It is absolutely secure and easy to use. I have not seen it before, it is absolutely amazing, seamless and very secure. I was able to purchase my favorite crypto right away because of the connection toon my checking. Great Job this app for absolutely the best exchange and the best platform for security, seamless integration and abundant choices.

With the race of exchanges meeting the needs of the users, if you say you’re going to do something and then don’t, such as saying you’re going to list a coin and then don’t, this action does not put the trust of the users that an exchange would want. You helped cause a decline in that coin with zero regard.

My wife opened an account and deposited money which was stolen immediately. this app told her it was her fault. this app should have a better security in place to protect accounts. Total scam. Be careful. this app doesn’t protect your account. Not sure why people leave good reviews. Probably bots leave 5 stars to promote their illegal activities. If you don’t want to lose money don’t do business with this app.

Update: Kreken’s response is so unprofessional to say the least. Sorry for inconvenience? We are talking about $1000 here. Instead of saying sorry for inconvenience, try to help us return the money hackers or who knows who stole using your insecure platform.

Again those 5 star reviews seems to me come from bots to allure more naive people to trust their money with your app.

Lastly, when responding to good reviews you write their names and when responding to negative reviews you’re using Hi or Hello as if those who write truth don’t deserve to be called by their names. So pathetic.

I had tried to setup two separate banks as the payment method for crypto purchases and both banks refused to allow that from their end. Even with me calling the banks directly and asking probing questions the message was clear that they do not want anything to do with this app. I firmly believe that there are a lot more other banks like that as this app has been recommending wire transfers and credit cards for funding when I was pressing for answers from their support staff as to why my banks refuse to allow ACHs to this app. This is concerning.

I have been trying to set up a Coinbase account for weeks. Took me 10 minutes with this app and I’m now the proud owner of crypto (Bitcoin specifically). As a first time buyer I was highly impressed with not only the process but the live support when I needed it. Coinbase support is atrocious by comparison. Again, this has been my personal experience. Yours may vary.

I’ve been using this app for a few years, along with Coinbase. this app is by far the better exchange. Their customer service has never missed a beat and their app is on par with others. Yes, the have less crypto available, but they are growing. Overall, 10/10 would recommend over others.

So much easier with the IPhone App and Apple Pay. I don’t even remember the two weeks it took just to buy my first transaction, having to go to an actual bank to make the transfer. Wow that was painful, and now it’s just pure joy to buy within seconds anywhere!!

I had issues logging on with another device. Talk to customer support about it and got it fixed. Immediately after that they froze my account. Now they have me jumping through hoops so I can access my funds. They want a picture of me holding my ID with a hand written note. Also have to answer questions. When I first signed up and spent a couple thousand dollars they weren’t that worried about security. If you buy crypto from them immediately move it to your own private wallet. Terrible customer service.

Please change your marketing approach to those that invest with your words. You promised the list Shibainu and failed to do so. At best communicate to your twitter followers your true intentions, not this crappy excuse of doing more vetting.

Update: may have not been on time and in the manner when promised however Shib is listed AS promised so now everyone go out and load up in Shiba Inu coin!

FOUR STAR update…

They have made a lot of user-friendly improvements to Kraken that now make it better than the other options in my opinion. Buying with Apple Pay and converting one crypto to another being my top 2 improvements.

The reason I give Kraken three stars is because it holds your coins for you, as in holds them hostage—you cannot transfer them to an exterior wallet. Otherwise I think it’s the best app out there and that is because of the features that you get with not being able to export your coins. You are able to trade freely with low low fees no gas between all the different platforms!

Has lower fees and the desktop app allows you to control a lot more information from historical crypto trades. Trades appear faster on this platform than others. Depositing USD has proven challenging on the desktop version. I’ve only been able to make deposits via Apple Pay on the mobile version of this app

grateful Kraken exists awesome experience and great costumer service and great/lil complicated security protection (great costumer service help makes up for it!) and i can tell this exchange really listens to their consumers’ needs because the new applepay (live in TX metamask wont allow me to purchase anything due to location?!)feature was awesome just got some ETH!

There’s a bug that needs to be fixed. When clicking the option to transfer currency to a wallet, Kraken acts like it’s going to prompt the page to transfer the crypto, but the page doesn’t come up.

Been using this application for a while now and it’s been great. The fees are a bit more than other exchanges. That’s the only bad thing I could say right now. Hope they add more unique assets to the platform. Great and secure application. Keep up the good work!

I’ve been using the this app Pro app in the US for awhile now, but I’m excited to see this new, more user-friendly version available. this app has top-notch security, excellent customer service and some of the lowest fees around. Highly recommended.

this app is the better crypto exchange when compared to Coinbase. Their fees are much lower, they offer (arguably) better assets to purchase/hold and you can stake/unstake assets like Kava in a matter of seconds. Also their customer service is leaps and bounds better when compared to Coinbase. However, they do have some improvements to make with their platform and app. I’d like to see some Face ID capability come to Kraken , I’d like to be able to stake/unstake my assets directly from Kraken and I’d like to be able to make instant bank transfers which is something that makes Coinbase super attractive for many folks. Keep working hard this app team because I want to see you beat out the other guys!!

I’m so glad this app has an easy to use retail app. I have been waiting for this for so long. Also not having to send an expensive and complicated wire transfer to buy bitcoin is a huge plus.
