TEO iPhone Issues and Solutions

How to fix TEO app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the TEO app on iPhone
Update TEO app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall TEO iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix TEO on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve TEO network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

TEO Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix TEO not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the TEO App
1. On android, goto Settings » TEO » click [Force Stop]

Update TEO to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear TEO App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » TEO » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart TEO.

Fix TEO unable to contact server/ TEO internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click TEO » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto TEO » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch TEO
