I have Banktivity v6.3.4 and had to update to Mac OS 12.5 Monterey. According to info, this app is 64 bit compatible. I can open my banking file in the app and it opens to my Summary page and updates securities. However, when I click on any bank or securities file it crashes. I do not want to upgrade to a subscription based version of this program because it is not worth it for me. I only use the software as a convenience to keep my checkbook and bank accounts. I don’t do any online banking with it. Is there anything I can do solve this? Thanks. Jim Cloutman

Two updates + renewal of Bronze subscription > unrequested merger of 2 separate savings accounts. Also, credit card account running balances are wrong. In one , charges appear in debit column, but running balance goes down!?! Complained to Apple about first, IGG about both. Mac OS Monterey on M1 MacBook Pro.
I auto download transactions from 6 different credit cards from Chase Bank. All connect and work flawlessly except for one. This account has 3 credit cards tied to it, and all can be seen from a single logon to Chase. Two of the three auto download. The third one can be found and appears to connect fine with Banktivity. But I get an error when downloading. When I look at Account Connection Status, the Account Name, etc all look good. But there is also a message that says: This account looks to be closed at Chase. You can take this account offline and mark it as inactive in Banktivity. I've disconnected/reconnected this account a half dozen times resulting in the same error. Anyone have any ideas? I'm stumped. This is on my iMac, not IOS. Thanks
