Strikeman not registering shots. Occasionally one shot may get recorded and it might get recorded where it was aimed, sometimes the opposite of where it was aimed, if it records. HELP

Would be nice if U gave a number to call to actually speak to a HUMAN !! I purchased ur product nearly 2 years ago. I have a few handguns, a 9mm, a 22Rugar SR and a Kelt-Tec PMR-30. Registers one or two shots then goes dead. After a few minutes it makes the firing sound eight or nine times and turns off. I can see that the laser is firing.

The 45 cal laser bullet doesn’t produce a red dot anymore. It now produces a red rectangle instead. It is about 2x6 inches at about 12 feet. How can this improve or imitate target practice. I have tried to contact them several times, but to no avail- crickets! I don’t like the fact that they want to charge $5 to talk once with a specialist to discuss the problem. This is not what I expected when I spent over$100 for the product. Before you buy think it over.

DO NOT BUY the PRO Version! Save your $$.. Cost twice as much as the standard, and then they want you to pay $10 per month for the PRO app software. No value in buying the pro version of their system.

I purchased two strikeman pro for christmas gifts, we could not get them to work. After several attempts we finally decided to try new batteries in the cartridges and then they worked. I have, since christmas, ordered three different size cartridges for other guns that have just arrived and haven't got to try yet but wanted to know if you compensate for dead batteries on arrival of your new product.

I received this for a Christmas present from my wife two weeks ago , upon assembling the target I noticed the target does not sit at a 90° in relation to the base the plastic channel groove was not machine correctly?? The main problem however is the unit fires without touching the firearm, just sitting in the holster, it rapid fires the number of pre selected shots all at once . Any chance on a return email or did I just get the equivalent to a lump of coal as a Christmas gift from my wife. In case you weren’t aware times are tough right now and any money wasted is completely unacceptable. Please return at least one of my 10 emails that I’ve sent to you and hopefully we can facilitate a return on this jar of snake oil that you sold us. GOOD DAY

My wife purchased this Strikeman for Christmas. When I opened the package this morning for Christmas, everything was neatly packaged with one exception… the 9mm cartridge was missing! I guess that’s the most important part of the purchase. How do I go about getting the cartridge now that I have everything else? Please respond to this email soon! Thanks! They don't answer emails. Save your money. I ordered 2 for Christmas got one delivered somewhere still trying to locate with DHL never got a tracking # or conf of shipment for 2nd order. My bank is gonna reverse the charges for me. I won't do business with them ever again

Ordered strikeman, PAYED for it, and they sent me a receipt w/shipping number. DHL shipping said was unable to deliver. Local post office had it but returned it because it did not have my street address on it. Written 3 emails to them with no response. No way to get in touch with them, Cant even get my money back. find another source, not these guys.

Two weeks ago ordered the nom-pro version of Strikeman. Got the package 5 days ago. Set it up went through the app menus and shot over 150 times and sighting in my AR15. Today (3/8/22) found an Allen wrench to adjust my optic red dot and adjusted it to my stationary front sights. Shot 4 sessions 10 shots each with 10 seconds between sessions. Adjust my optic dot and did 10 shots only. 10s & one 9. Inside the home 25 feet away. I am 72 and eye sight and steadiness is not what it use to be. I could be doing the same steps at the range and and costing me over $200 for ammo/range fee/gasoline to get there and back in an escalade with $4.34 a gallon for gas. For me and my wife (she has a strikeman for a 9mm) it is an awesome investment.

It took close to a month to receive the product their communication is very poor the app does not work properly and I cannot access customer support I package it back up and sent it out following the instructions this company is horrible

I ordered, and paid for a Strikeman Pro Advanced Laser Training System-9mm on December 3rd 2021, and have never received it. It is now 1-7-2022. I have not herd a word, or received the the Pro in over a month. I can not find a way to contact them, I can not find a phone number, and the support Email, my computer security says it is a trick. Even there web site has no real way to contact them. I am not sure whats up with this company, but it seems like they are a SCAM. James Fields

I ordered a gift for my son in law on 11/24/21. It was a Christmas gift!. It is now 12/27/21 and I have not received it. Like many others who have left reviews. I have emailed multiple times with only one response stating it takes 5-7 business days to ship out...it's been well over that time. I have yet to get a receipt or tracking number from Strikeman. I am now asking for my money back with no reply and will start a dispute through my bank to try and get a refund. I will never order from them again.

I ordered my Strikeman on 11./29/21 and have yet to receive it. They emailed me stating my order will ship on the 3rd of December and will take 5 to 8 business days. Currently have not received my purchase from them. Emailed their customer support, no response. Tried looking for phone number to call, which they do not have shown on their website. My Order# 2682884, has yet to be received, if not received by end of business the 24th, I will call the BBB and Attorney Generals office for ratification. As I read on here, several are in the same circumstance as myself. In the future, this company should be restricted to no charge until item is ship. Will do everything in my power to be either reimbursed and or receive my product.

I tried to update the app to the new version for Android. The app updated, but when I try to register, I get to the point where I need to receive a verification code, but none is ever sent. I have tried two different telephone numbers. The only way that I can use it is by logging in as "Guest". This app has obviously not passed the Beta test stage. Please provide a solution. I do not want to register via Facebook or Google.

This company is a complete fraud. I ordered a 9mm laser cartridge over 2 months ago and still have not received it. According to the company I was supposed to receive it on June 15th. No one responds to emails, and if you try to contact them or leave a bad review on Facebook you get blocked. Please avoid at all cost, definitely not worth the trouble.

Ordered this system and have been waiting over a month for it to ship. I've called and emailed more than I can count. This is a scam. I will be contacting the authorities and I have already contacted my bank. My advise would be to contact me, strikeman customer service, before you have a huge lawsuit on your hands. I will be contacting the people here as well who have been swindled out of hundreds.

I purchased the Strikeman Laser Firearm Training System on May 17, 2021 at which time they stated that it would be shipped after June 15, 2021. I looked on June 15th at my receipt to see if and when it would ship. I noticed that they showed that I had ordered a unit for 9 mm but I ordered a unit in 45 acp. Trying to get ahold of someone to get this corrected before shipping but cannot get in touch with Strikeman either by phone or at support@redacted. Getting very frustrated and upset. I have tried to contact customer service and was on the phone waiting and they said I had 4 callers before me and then 45 minutes later they said I was only one caller away. Then guess what he kid in the recording said to fukin call back after I waited all the way till I was the next guy to talk to customer B.S..I think I screwed up with this company. I put my order in on 5/18/2021 and no email about my receipt in my email like they said. So I ordered they're product and I wanted the 9mm laser then I ordered a 45 acp laser after and it says that the 45 acp has been shipped but nothing about the whole screen and stand wtf? Let's see what happens or holy hell is going to rain down, but I will give them a chance. I did it with brownell's so they know about me and they did make it better after a shot load of giving them bad and I mean bad reviews. Thanks for listening to my rant. Once set up, can fire with tracking, then all of a sudden the system starts counting on its own without any shots until it counts out or times out. Problem happens with shot count and time.

Tried to install new App releases Mar 1, 2021. Cannot install App, because it needs a “country code”. Whatever that is. No where to enter such code in the App either. So now my Strikeman is useless since I now don’t have a working App. Very disappointed with product. Never worked very well anyway. Back to live fire practice.

Horrible customer experience. 1. No tracking number for delivery was provided. I emails CS several times, they kept saying it looks like you got your product, I had not. Once I did get it, I let them know, and then thy said all you had to do was ask for it...wtf?!? They also said all you had to do was download the app...it was a Christmas gift..not for me. Why the hell would I download an app just to look up order status and tracking number?3 times I asked for the tracking number..nada. 2. 15 day return policy, from the time that you order. It took 12 days to get it. SInce it was a gift, I could exactly open it up and try it out first. So it sat under the tree for 5 more days. 3. Defective - the tripod broke the moment the phone was put in it. 4. Returns - I've requested a return/refund twice, with a picture of the broken tripod.. No response. 5. No Customer Service phone number. The only way to contact the company is via email, which they don't reply to for refund requests.

Good Hardware terrible software

The laser bullet is great and the stand, while flimsy, works well enough. The problem is the app. When I first got it it was difficult to set up but it worked if the phone was close and the lighting bright enough. Calibration made sense but was a little off. Setting distance every time was obnoxious and it doesn’t say if the distance is how far you are away from the target or how far the phone is from the target. There is no way to clear history so all the garbage shots from calibration adjustments muddle your progress and results. There is also no way to set a delay to be able to work on draw to first shot. Basic functionality seems a simple update. Now, as of the mid June update, the app is unusable. Calibration no longer works. If the app is updated with auto calibration and basic features it could be really good. I want this system to work so if you need alpha or beta testers to make these upgrades, I would be happy to help. Lastly, some replacement orings would be nice for when there go bad.

Save your money and your life

There are other time proven methods of dry fire practice concepts available that do not cost a penny. Yes, dry fire is a great way to practice skills at home safely but you do not need Strikeman to do this. Ask any range instructor or search online. Be aware that you cannot get your money back if not satisfied with Strikeman after 15 days from purchase. So figure out if you like it very quickly. The app is glitchy as users have reported. You have to rack the slide after each fire. Sometimes if the lighting is not just right, the app starts recording erroneous fires that can’t be erased from your logged history. Don’t rely on that playing this game will allow one to improve accuracy with a real gun when needed most. Go practice at the range with an instructor or experienced individual learning basic concepts. They are not hard to learn. That is how you will save on money on ammo and build confidence.

APP NEEDS FURTHER DEVELOPMENT

The target and phone holder are well made and it is easy to set up the session on the phone app. The problem is in the app itself. It does not count the shots accurately. It counts sometimes more and sometimes less than you actually shot. Worse is that when you end the session and download the target screenshot to your photos you see that you have a group centered in the target but the app scores you as a 4 average when you can clearly see by your saved target that not one shot was outside the 7 ring. And you can see the laser flashes correlating with the centered screenshot as you shoot. So why such a swing in the scoring? Worse yet you just have a running total average in your history with no way to clear it. Like I said the screenshot gives you an accurate record of your session sort of like a paper target at the range but this is in no way an app that can track improvement in form because it is incapable of setting a baseline in the first place and inaccurately scores each successive session. You do not need to create an account so deleting and reinstalling the app would be the only way to start over when your history gets so skewed by the inaccuracy of the app. This IS a cool concept so STRIKEMAN developers please take my review as constructive criticism and squash these bugs. Thank you.
