Non-functional device and horrible customer service

Purchased a mevo and it never worked properly. Consistently reported distances on average 2 club lengths off, missed shots etc. worked with support for 2 weeks, and still the unit did not work properly. Asked to return device and company made me pay shipping and a restocking fee despite their garbage product! Tried to reach customer service repeatedly for an explanation but i was constantly ignored. Buyer beware.....
App is an absolute nightmare.

Since you need the app to work properly in order to get the data, Iām giving this a thumbs down. The app closes down constantly during mid use (during a 15 minute stretch closed 7 times and could only get ONE reading), right now stay away from this till they get an app that works.
App consistent crashes after latest update

This worked flawlessly for me for a year. Ever since the latest update the app crashes within 30 seconds to 1 minute of viewing any data. Especially annoying when it crashes during the middle of a session and misses shots. Please fix.
