How to fix Tembo app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the Tembo app on iPhone
Update Tembo app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall Tembo iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix Tembo on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve Tembo network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, Goto "Settings" » "General" » "Reset" » "Reset Network Settings".
2. Enter your device passcode. Then confirm "Reset Network Settings".

Turn off your VPN:
1. Goto "Settings" » "General" » "VPN".

Fix Tembo not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Follow these steps to resolve intermittent Tembo app issues:

Force Stop the Tembo App
1. On android, goto "Settings" » click Tembo app. » click "Force Stop".

Update Tembo to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Tembo App Cache and Data:
1. On your device, goto "Settings" » click "Apps" » select "Tembo app" » click "Storage" » click "Clear Data" option. This Clears both data and cache.
2. Relaunch Tembo.

Fix Tembo unable to contact server/ Tembo internet connection errors on Android:

This issue is usually caused by your network. Here is how to fix:

On android, goto "Settings" » "Apps" or "Manage Apps" tab.
Click Tembo » "Force Stop".
Next, goto "Storage" » "Clear Data".
Again, got Tembo » "Mobile Data" » "Allow Background Data Usage".
Go back to "Settings" » "Connections" » "Mobile Network" » "Network Mode".
Now, put your network on 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch Tembo on android.
