How to fix 2nd Line app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the 2nd Line app on iPhone
Update 2nd Line app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall 2nd Line iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix 2nd Line on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve 2nd Line network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

2nd Line Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix 2nd Line not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the 2nd Line App
1. On android, goto Settings » 2nd Line » click [Force Stop]

Update 2nd Line to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear 2nd Line App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » 2nd Line » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart 2nd Line.

Fix 2nd Line unable to contact server/ 2nd Line internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click 2nd Line » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto 2nd Line » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
