I bought UrbanflixTV for 3.99 on Thursday completed enrollment and when it came to watching the movies it did not work. I emailed the company MULTIPLE times regarding a refund and instead of telling me that it must be requested directly from apple they tried to convince me that I’m an idiot and I didn’t complete sign up which I did multiple times and I entered my card information 3x and still no luck. Unless you just want to give away 3.99 then I do not suggest downloading, I thought I was crazy so I had my homegirl download UrbanflixTV as well and she also signed up and paid and we were only able to watch trailers 😑at this point I don’t care about the 3.99 it’s just the fact that this company decided that instead of providing a decent service they would play me like a fool then ask me if I want a month of free service to make up for the money 🤣 bhhhhh please ! Don’t download don’t download! If y’all broke just say that 🥴🤣🤣

I started my 7 day free trial because I wasn’t sure if I was going to like the shows/movies on this app. Supposedly they don’t charge you until after your free trial is finished (their words). However, as soon as I clicked the 7 day free trial+monthly payment option (they came together) my card got charged. I hadn’t even watched 10-20 minutes of a show. I contacted them twice and gave my email both times to dispute the charge because my trial hadn’t finished. At that point I didn’t even want the membership if they were doing business like that. I just wanted my refund and go about my life. BUT since they never contacted me back I have no choice but to put a bad review. DON’T WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY. If I could give this app 0 stars I would.

So I applied today for a 7 day free trial. But I accidentally miss typed the email they ask for. The email I miss typed doesn’t belong to me. I tried going to account settings and I can’t switch the emails, now all my info is unsafe. I do take all the fault because I’d didn’t pay attention but I expected that UrbanflixTV would have more account settings and support. I watched a few movies and otherwise UrbanflixTV is alright. I just don’t like the fact that my info now is unsafe and there is almost nothing I can do from my side of the account.

I love UrbanflixTV!!, me and my daughter watch movies on here 24/7!. We watch horror movies, dramas, action movies. I have watch EVERYTHING on Netflix, so I’m SO SO glad they have a ‘ Urbanflix ‘ , because there was nothing else to watch 😂😂. But on the other hand I really recommend, especially if you run out of things to watch.

The Lil Voice is an excellent movie. The director and the characters made me feel like I was there with them. My eyes never moved away from the screen. The Lil voice is one of the best movies I’ve seen in a really long time. I Recommend that everyone should watch this movie.

Most of the movies etc I watched are really good. They don’t look cheap or low budget neither. If you want to watch more shows/movies we can relate too. It’s nice to see others whom look like me.

I cancel this subscription within the trial period and they still charge my credit card, the next month. I spoke with a representative and they assured me that this would not happen again. Here we are several months later and I’m still having issues with this company charging my credit card for this subscription. DO NOT, I REPEAT DO NOT, sign up for this nightmare subscription!

I'm in love with UrbanflixTV! I appreciate that I can support and watch movies made by people who look like me. It's beautiful to see all the amazing projects that didn't make it to the big screen (but possibly should).

I love these movies thats on here and wish i can watch them on my tv as well i hope yall can make UrbanflixTV for game systems as well so i can watch them on tv and with my family

So far all the movies I seen are amazing 👍🏼👍🏼 the trailers give you enough to know if the movie is good or not , I did a right choice subscribing to this channel the amount is perfect 👌🏼

Just signed up and the shows and movies I have watched have been really good. I am sure I will keep UrbanflixTV after my 7 days. The price is good as well. I recommend UrbanflixTV!

I recently found out about this app and signed up. I love it. There’s a nice selection of movies/shows and it’s not a repeat of the same stuff other platforms offer.

They have some great content. I really like Howard High, Pump, and Casting the Net! They need to hurry up with more episodes of those shows though😢 and they need to be longer too!

I’d never heard of this app before, but it’s been a great experience and a refreshing change from always watching Netflix.

It has a variety of different movies and shows and short series and everyone will enjoy the content that they offer

I been wanting to watch urban movies , Netflix would have 1 here and there, I’m happy I subscribe too this app. Haven’t stop watching since I got it.

The shows and movies this streaming services offered is super unique and offers what you won’t find anywhere else! I love it.

This is a fantastic series full of incredible talent and artistic abilities including a riveting story that shares an insight to areas of society that are suffering and lacking financial aid from government institutions. It’s a MUST SEE.
