I bought this app for 3.99 on Thursday completed enrollment and when it came to watching the movies it did not work. I emailed the company MULTIPLE times regarding a refund and instead of telling me that it must be requested directly from apple they tried to convince me that I’m an idiot and I didn’t complete sign up which I did multiple times and I entered my card information 3x and still no luck. Unless you just want to give away 3.99 then I do not suggest downloading, I thought I was crazy so I had my homegirl download the app as well and she also signed up and paid and we were only able to watch trailers 😑at this point I don’t care about the 3.99 it’s just the fact that this company decided that instead of providing a decent service they would play me like a fool then ask me if I want a month of free service to make up for the money 🤣 bhhhhh please ! Don’t download don’t download! If y’all broke just say that 🥴🤣🤣

I started my 7 day free trial because I wasn’t sure if I was going to like the shows/movies on UrbanflixTV. Supposedly they don’t charge you until after your free trial is finished (their words). However, as soon as I clicked the 7 day free trial+monthly payment option (they came together) my card got charged. I hadn’t even watched 10-20 minutes of a show. I contacted them twice and gave my email both times to dispute the charge because my trial hadn’t finished. At that point I didn’t even want the membership if they were doing business like that. I just wanted my refund and go about my life. BUT since they never contacted me back I have no choice but to put a bad review. DON’T WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY. If I could give UrbanflixTV 0 stars I would.

So I applied today for a 7 day free trial. But I accidentally miss typed the email they ask for. The email I miss typed doesn’t belong to me. I tried going to account settings and I can’t switch the emails, now all my info is unsafe. I do take all the fault because I’d didn’t pay attention but I expected that the app would have more account settings and support. I watched a few movies and otherwise the app is alright. I just don’t like the fact that my info now is unsafe and there is almost nothing I can do from my side of the account.
