What once I download it I got into it the logo showed what’s the logo by the way said continue it said seven day free trial you have to pay 499 each month ICE try to sign in doesn’t work but we have to pay for it to get into it was the whole point of downloading it to pay for it you should just made it payable on HookedTV Store like it doesn’t make no sense so HookedTV is horrible,

Before i could even make an account or even look at movie/show options.. it asks you to pay, i should be able to look at the shows descriptions or previews before they make me pay for anything so i know i am not wasting my money. if you dont want to pay for anything... dont get HookedTV

1. HookedTV just stays on the starting logo for like half an hour without any sign of any other thing.
I’ve tried downloading, reopening, waiting for it to load for like half an hour. Everything. But Nope, still stays on the starting logo screen. So i can’t be bothered anymore, i deleted HookedTV .

2. HookedTV requires iOS 13 to even download, unlike many other popular apps. So i can’t download it on my old iPad Air. Developers could lose many users just based on that fact because some old devices can’t update to iOS 13 but the those devices still works great and are in use.

It won’t let me cancel my membership no matter how many Times I hit cancel when the week is up another 4.99 payment comes out. Have to do it through web page not app and nothing is working. I need help, I need this cancelled and refunded because it keeps charging me even after I have tried to cancel the past three weeks. Why is this happening ????? It feels like a big scam. I need someone from the support team or something to help me out, I also sent an email to the support team. Please do not buy this bc it will be impossible to cancel membership successfully !!!!!!!!

HookedTV used to be good I could watch videos on a trip it was free!! Then one day I was looking for something fun to do because I was bored I downloaded HookedTV I was so happy to have it back I open HookedTV and the first thing I see is you have to pay I am so ANGRY that you have to pay I did not even get to make a account or look at what videos they have the first thing is to pay like really if you do not want to pay for anything please do not get HookedTV it is a really good app well it use to be a good app till they had you pay I think people are going to stop getting HookedTV and they may take HookedTV away this is just a wast of time!!!!

I downloaded HookedTV and was so excited to hear so stories. Although it is free, to make an account, there are some bugs. It would just stay on the loading page and not move on!
This big needs to be fixed. I tried to reload and exit HookedTV , but nothing seemed to work. Really disappointed me. Please get this fixed!

I did the free 3 days and was stupid to give them my card info. Now I can’t cancel,their support is a robot support answer. They charge me 5 dollars every week, I eventually had to cancel my card because there is no way to edit your card information. It doesn’t show up on your apple recipes so you can’t talk to apple about getting a refund. The instructions they give on cancellation doesn’t actually let you cancel. Don’t be a fool like me. So I had HookedTV a couple of years ago and i saw an ad about Trevor and the Virgin 2 and wanted to watch it but when I first opened HookedTV it said you have to pay. Not everyone can afford the prescription especially at a time like this. When I had HookedTV a couple years ago you did not have to pay. If you are gonna make people pay the subscription to watch anything then at least a,Rn it as a paid app.

I had HookedTV a before and u didn’t have to pay:( but now u have to pay? I mean I get that they need to make money but really? 4.99 a week? I’m fine with a one time subscription but doing it multiple times:/ and it also just stays in the loading when u sign in or make a new account. Really hope u can fix this

1 star seemed to harsh, so I was nice and gave two. But could you consider making at least one or two pieces of content for adults? Maybe some horror even? It seems like every video is for Gen Z/iGen, or perhaps even the Alpha Gen (not a very fitting name). I’d bet the farm that the vast majority of your viewers drink a sippy cup with their pinky finger lifted.

Whenever I click on one of the tv shows or videos it never loads it’s very slow I don’t know if that’s because I’m on an iPad or what I don’t know but I don’t recommend it for iPad it might work on a phone but my phone is way to old to download HookedTV for some reason

saw an ad in tiktok for a show called boyfriend for hire decided to download it. the ad on tiktok didn’t showcase great acting skills but when I downloaded HookedTV to watch it........ I knew it was going to be pretty cringey, but it took me at least 30 minutes to get through a 15 minute show because the acting was that bad. I’ve never felt more second hand embarrassment before, but I was a trooper, and I wanted to see how the story goes so I just push through. I also watched a few other shows and it was basically the same thing I just wanted to see if it was like that for all the shows, and it was. I wouldn’t necessarily say it’s bad it’s just they need better actors there are millions of people out there who can act but they just don’t get a chance. The storylines aren’t even bad it’s just the people can’t act and it’s so embarrassing to watch.

Know i was gonna give it a five star if there wasnt a subscription because lets face it you cant join any app without there being a subscription.
My reason for a 4 star is you can watch so many great shows granted there short but still good

The thing I hate the most is that having to pay just to watch videos, I hate those apps. Especially the ones where it makes you stay on the paying screen with no exit sign.

I saw ads for the shows on here and it seemed pretty good, I download HookedTV (for free) and I find out that I have to pay 20 dollars just to use it anyways, why make it a free app if you need a paid subscription

HookedTV requires a twenty dollar purchase just to start a one week free trial! Crazy right? Who has money just to watch stories?! Unless you want to buy stories, I mean go for it! But not me so HookedTV is a No-No
For me. Lower the price and stop being so spoiled. Your gaining money from an app you made, which is kinda selfish but continue scheming people for twenty dollars.

I like that it has like videos or episodes and I would so keep HookedTV but why do we have to pay only one video some people just want to lay back and relax and watch some episodes and I’m that kind of person I’m also the kind of person that doesn’t want to pay to watch some videos
