Hi, I've been playing on an account with mail aszon@redacted. Name Selver. I even played today. I enter Top War and suddenly i have a new account on lvl 1. I logged on the same mail with the same passowrd. How can I gain access to my old profile? Please help. Also i now battles were very wierd. Like in ads.

my account ChtKillah on server 2622 has been erased or, I have no access to log in. I continue to get original start from new when I try to log in.

Hi, I am playing Top War game at level 49. Today I have cleared my browser cache. When I open my game next time, I have got level 1 with new game. Kindly guide me to continue with my old game.

Help! I can't access Top War on my Mac any more. I had reached level 75 or 76 I think, and every time I enter my password I go back to level 1! I have changed my Facebook details and I guess my old login is no longer applicable...I originally started using Facebook login on 18 July 20222 Can you locate my account and set it up for me to access again?? tried to log onto computer and pushed on my player profile and it started me over at level 1 on new server

I have an account here in top war lvl 40, I change browser to firefox before it was maxthon. But when i log on to the game i see my old id and create new cant click my old lvl 40 so i click close the x on the top rigth of pop up. my character returned to lvl 1 please help me retrieve my lvl 40 character/account. it is under my email roybagos@redacted. TIA. BTW I want to vuy items but i dont have credit card is there any other way? How about e points btw i am using laptop. from PH

i was playing in the eternal lands on server 2008 with phoenix rising alliancemy name is bb. i tied to log in and sign up account. gave a phone number 502 321 5507 recieved a code. i gave an email ddraisor@redacted and password. i got kicked out of my account and was at the starting point of the game. How do i get my account back?

It's been 3 days the game will not load...... Just stops... In the start up smoke screen......... The consortium event has given bases on 3 servers..... And I'm not going to be able to get the free bases to level 2.....and I've spent money trying to enhance level 2 development...... I'm seeking a way to play the game here

Hi I can't log in. I made a mistake and downloaded the game on my iPhone. Then I registered via Facebook on my Mac so I can open the game on my iPhone. So I failed miserably and went back to level 1 on both my Mac and iPhone. I already am level 73 and dont want to go back to level 1. How will I recover the game? Thanks

Made an account, worked it to lvl 32, on the next login account returned to lvl 1, thought it was my mistake and made another to lvl 30, next login it was at lvl 1, with progress based on money spending, this game really ought to be more "safe" regarding account/lvl loss can't emagine anyone ok with spending money on a game with this poor account safety.

Cannot login since last Thursday

i had logged in to my account the morning of it happening it seemed to be fine so i left got on later and it started me back to square one i was already level 45 and it is just stupid

Started playing the game without signing up for an account. I would simply go to my history and continue playing. After reaching level 35 I logged in while playing the game and assigned my email. I continued to play daily and spent over 300 euros (bought an awesome golden dragon and even became war commander in my alliance (Somebody). Made it to level 41! Was ready to purchase a 99.99 euro home to match my dragon but went to login this morning and found my account back at the beginning. I never logged out from last nights game so I don't really know what has happened. But no way am I spending another moment playing this game after I lost so much money and time. Thanks for the wake-up call. My wife appreciates you.

Xfinity was having issues and the internet went down. I restarted my computer and when I logged in I was at level 1. I have been playing Hero Wars for a year and started Top War a week ago. I put in over 200 dollars onto this acct and now it says it is level 1!! I spent many hours along with the money this last week to get to level 51 and am frustrated! Please help me to get my account so I can continue playing! The time and money I put in I want something to show for it. Thank You!!

I signed in online in a Chrome browser. I played a long time. The browser wanted to update one day. The computer then also updated. I cannot get back my progress. I am tired of starting over, so that is not an option. PLEASE HELP! Playing on Chrome after I logged in. All of my game data is gone!!!

Trying to transfer acct 310043779684 to another server. But meet all requirements yet says I do not have server requirement of over 200ee CP. I do have over 200ee CP. also I am in S531 but says I am in S612 which doesn’t even show up on server search. I know how to transfer servers, I meet requirements and enough tickets for S601, server leader trying to help me transfer in but game not letting me. Why?

You are going loose more money. You merged 864 with 865. 865 don't have rules, don't respect anyone and have dis honourable tactics. Several players have left. I am lv 80 vip 9 and very glad I didn't waste anymore money buying amalia and promoting her. You will get reduced income while you ignore us and treat us like shit. You are not smart.

I’ve been having problems trying to login to my account on top war. For the last two days I cannot login to the game. I was told by the server leader to delete the app and re-download it. Will you please remove the function of putting names, sayings or emoji's above other's peoples bases? Leader Taste from Warzone #1226, region 46, has put inappropriate comments, emoji's and names above other rivals bases for months now....just because he has the option to do so. It is bullying plain and simple. He has never used that function for what is meant to be used for.....only for bullying others not in his alliance.
