How to fix Narcos app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the Narcos app on iPhone
Update Narcos app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall Narcos iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix Narcos on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve Narcos network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

Narcos Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix Narcos not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the Narcos App
1. On android, goto Settings » Narcos » click [Force Stop]

Update Narcos to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Narcos App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » Narcos » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart Narcos.

Fix Narcos unable to contact server/ Narcos internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click Narcos » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto Narcos » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch Narcos
