- App requires the user to create an account, but there is no way to log in to an existing account, making the app unusable.

- App is very buggy, with saved searches disappearing, favorited homes not showing up, and filter screen sometimes coming up blank. Additionally, the app does not allow zooming in on photos and the directions link sometimes does not work.

Close and restart the HomeSearchNOW app on iPhone
Update HomeSearchNOW app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall HomeSearchNOW iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix HomeSearchNOW on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve HomeSearchNOW network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:

Force Stop the HomeSearchNOW App
1. On android, goto Settings » HomeSearchNOW » click [Force Stop]

Update HomeSearchNOW to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear HomeSearchNOW App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » HomeSearchNOW » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart HomeSearchNOW.

Fix HomeSearchNOW unable to contact server/ HomeSearchNOW internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click HomeSearchNOW » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto HomeSearchNOW » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
