Hi. My sodexo+ app is turning black screen and I can't even use my credits worth 5,000. What should I do with this? I tried to install and re-install the app many times already.
I have tried to order a coffee since 8:20am this morning, it is now 11:20. The app keeps prompting me to update it, even though I have done all the updates and it is up to date. When I go back into the app, it is frozen and there are no options. I restart it, and it just goes through the same process, then even when I turned off my phone and restarted it, this did not work. Since then, I have deleted the app, tried to reinstall it, and now I can't log back in and it keeps coming up with error messages. One of my other colleagues says his app keeps saying "Offline" and that it is unable to connect despite being connected to wifi and everything else working.

SUDEXO SCAN APP IS DOWN SINCE LAST 15-20 DAYS. ON ENQUIRY, I WAS INFORMED THAT CARD SWIPE IS WORKING WHILE SCAN IS NOT WORKING ACROSS INDIA DUE TO SOME RBI ISSUES. BUT IT WILL START WORKING WITHIN NEXT 2-3 WEEKS.
