Follow these steps to resolve intermittent M365 Dashboard app issues:

Force Stop the M365 Dashboard App
1. On android, goto "Settings" » click M365 Dashboard app. » click "Force Stop".

Update M365 Dashboard to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear M365 Dashboard App Cache and Data:
1. On your device, goto "Settings" » click "Apps" » select "M365 Dashboard app" » click "Storage" » click "Clear Data" option. This Clears both data and cache.
