Love what they’re trying to do here, but no one uses TreadShare. It also has a lot of glitches. I originally downloaded it for the BOLDERBoulder because it was being pushed as the preferred way for racers to commute to the start area, but rides never became available. I check periodically to see if there’s rides for other events, and there’s never anything.

TreadShare features flexibility for one way trips - as someone who is living without a car in summit county this really helps me get around more affordability and reliably than a shuttle or the bus.
this app has allowed me to go into the mountains and ski or hike so many times without pushing my car too much! Having FWD really limited my excursions, but now I can hitch a ride with someone whose already going to the area I want to go to! I also love that all parties get to reduce the cost of gas for themselves, help reduce pollution from cars and that I can meet new friends!
We had a wonderful experience with TreadShare! Easy meetup, fantastic driver! We don’t have a car, but wanted to go ski at Winter Park. This was the perfect solution to our problem. Had great convos with our driver and she did amazing despite driving in a snow storm. Can not recommend this enough
Yesterday, between my 3 passengers and me, we kept 2 cars off the freeway and the Loveland parking lot, saved gas and money, and generally had a much more enjoyable trip than sitting in the car by ourselves.
