I’ve been with TW projects for years. They used to be super focused on customer success. And per the usual, once companies like this take VC/PE money, the founders get rich, the customer gets pushed to the back seat and the product suffers. Teamworkcom is a NIGHTMARE.

I can not wait until June when I am taking my business elsewhere. And I feel bad. The workers in Cork are lovely people, it’s the mission and vision that is handicapped in pursuit of money. Sad sad sad. Look elsewhere.

And what’s funny is people are calling out the bugs left and right and the developers on the iOS team is “disappointed” that people are actually taking the time out of their day to give other people a heads up.

I’ve sent 4 videos in the past 2 days with app bugs for support to pass along.

As the iOS team, you folks should be all over this. We pay good money. And Teamworkcom
clearly isn’t living up to helping us work more efficiently, effectively or even productively.

I downloaded Teamworkcom and logged in, but the mobile app does not show any of my projects, tasks, task lists, nothing created on desktop. It looks like a demo account and is completely unusable to manage my team and projects. Very disappointed.

I am so frustrated with Teamworkcom and the website. It really only works effectively on a desktop. Unfortunately for me, I work exclusively in the field and use mobile devices. On a mobile device Teamworkcom and website are almost non-functional for my purposes. I have emailed the help desk multiple times. They are always good for an exchange of one or two emails, and then they ghost me without having solved any problems. My blood pressure goes up just looking at the t. icon on my phone. If it was possible to give zero stars, I would.

Until I can do everything on a mobile device that I can do on the web app, the one star rating stays. It has been several years and we still do not have parity. Not even close.

Filtered results went from showing main tasks to all tasks that possibly fit the filter criteria. This changed Teamworkcom from being relatively useful for project monitoring to being pretty much USELESS.

I’d have previously given Teamworkcom a 3-4 rating. Then they killed the one thing I used it for regularly.

I’ve read a number of other reviews. (There aren’t many.) I have to agree with the generally unfavorable sentiments.

I had to put in feedback because the project name was illegible. They fixed in a timely manner, but then I realized hardly anything is getting synced. Hard to imagine an enterprise app can be this bad when the desktop/web experience is rather good.

I don’t understand how an app can be so blatantly bad when the one for the phone is more usable. I just logged in and it showed one item in My Work (under All). I have 20 items for this week and it shows 1? Bad app for a good company.

Disappointed…

No issues on desktop. All the issues on mobile. You don’t have the same options either and it’s not very user friendly if you’re eventually able to bypass the access denied message

I’ve sent a screenshot and message to support about Teamworkcom not fitting on my phone, but have really been advised if this a local setting on my phone or an issue with Teamworkcom .

Prior to the new formatting of teamwork, Teamworkcom worked flawlessly and I loved it.

I’ve now deleted Teamworkcom . It’s useless if I can’t login to my account.

I’ve been using the desktop version enthusiastically for years now, but the mobile app is a big disappointment. Difficult to navigate, essentially read-only. If I can’t make edits on-the-go, what’s the point of having an app on my phone or iPad? I’m a professional project manager and this just doesn’t cut it for me.

Hoping this gets better with time, but right now it’s kind of worthless to me.

Very difficult using Teamworkcom. When creating tasks, Teamworkcom seems to create multiple of the same item sometimes, or doesn’t add an item even though it appears it has. I’ll look back at all the items I added on desktop, and there will be copies, or totally missing tasks.

There was a button/Tab in the project for the board but after certain update it’s disappeared please fix this bug

Note: i do have permission for the project board because i can access it via web browser

What happened to the board view in the mobile app? The latest update seems to have removed it. There’s not much more important functionality than that!

Shocked to see how barebones iPad version is. Cannot do simple things as with previous version. I thought I downloaded the wrong app! Very disappointing to what had been a great app.

Files are listed only by date, there is no way to selecting the category the files are in for
Easier browsing. Need file categories available.

Definitely need ability to add Followers to tickets. And all basics like due date, priority, board column, and assignee (which have).

I’m able to use the most important features from desktop on Teamworkcom , which is good, but it really leaves me wanting. Two main things I wish I could do on Teamworkcom : Duplicate tasks and create boards. In general, I’d also like to be able to create recurring tasks with the due date adjusted accordingly. So if it’s a weekly task and I need it done each Thursday, it can update.

So far it works great. Fast and light switching between areas of Teamworkcom . Should get better as it goes with more integrations and such.

Very simple interface. Easy to collaborate and manage tasks. I would love to see an ability to view the gantt chart on Teamworkcom like you can on the desktop. It’s my favorite way to visualize projects.

Overall I like it and of course the desktop view is better but for a quick glance the mobile app works great for me. For some reason when I go into messages I get access denied then click ok and can get past it. Useful app for my needs.
