They got this app soooo wrong.

I’ve been with TW projects for years. They used to be super focused on customer success. And per the usual, once companies like this take VC/PE money, the founders get rich, the customer gets pushed to the back seat and the product suffers. This app is a NIGHTMARE.

I can not wait until June when I am taking my business elsewhere. And I feel bad. The workers in Cork are lovely people, it’s the mission and vision that is handicapped in pursuit of money. Sad sad sad. Look elsewhere.

And what’s funny is people are calling out the bugs left and right and the developers on the iOS team is “disappointed” that people are actually taking the time out of their day to give other people a heads up.

I’ve sent 4 videos in the past 2 days with app bugs for support to pass along.

As the iOS team, you folks should be all over this. We pay good money. And the app
clearly isn’t living up to helping us work more efficiently, effectively or even productively.

Non-functional, poor customer service

I am so frustrated with the app and the website. It really only works effectively on a desktop. Unfortunately for me, I work exclusively in the field and use mobile devices. On a mobile device the app and website are almost non-functional for my purposes. I have emailed the help desk multiple times. They are always good for an exchange of one or two emails, and then they ghost me without having solved any problems. My blood pressure goes up just looking at the t. icon on my phone. If it was possible to give zero stars, I would.

Went from passable to terrible in one update

Filtered results went from showing main tasks to all tasks that possibly fit the filter criteria. This changed the app from being relatively useful for project monitoring to being pretty much USELESS.

I’d have previously given the app a 3-4 rating. Then they killed the one thing I used it for regularly.

I’ve read a number of other reviews. (There aren’t many.) I have to agree with the generally unfavorable sentiments.
