My 2 way won't turn on in my phone app
NightOwl standalone camera, when trying to watch the play backs. The video won't load can only hear the audio.
The mobile app works for android phone and tablet most of the time, however, the PC app for Night Owl Protect will not function. It used to, but now it tells me the DVR is offline when it is not, even when I refresh, even when I turn the system off and back on again. I have tried everything and there does not seem to be an updated PC app that works. I NEED TO USE MY PC for this. Cameras don't record visitors/tresspassers arriving, but maybe when they leave or not at all on some cameras. All the individual camera settings have been verified. Detects humans when none are there, or won't detect humans but will detect spiders - regardless of sensitivity settings.
Will show environment but not people on bicycles or walking or movement . I know this because my family is in the target area as well as others on the street. I see them. App on my phone says not connected to internet and it is .
Can't login. Says account doesn't exist. Can't reset password. Says account doesn't exist. Can't sign up because that account already exists. Utter trash.
We’ve had a 10 camera system for a little over a year and it’s been nothing but ridiculous. From installation to day to day it pains me. Currently our system says inactive on the cameras when we try to view but yet we still continue to get the motion notifications. We are not on site so we will have to go to the site and uninstall the whole system, redo it all and reset all the cameras parameters etc. we’ve just able to pitch the whole thing.

Cannot create account on app nor on website. I can get as far as checking the Not A Robot....but then it does nothing. I don't get a code to my email and can't go any further.
Brand new device. No event recording
My issue is the same as the previous person. Since the new Android system update on my husband’s Samsung Galaxy S21 phone, the camera view is zoomed in and over to the corner and he can’t adjust the view to see everything using his fingers on the screen. He looked for a setting but found nothing. We even tried a system recovery/reboot and clearing the system cache - didn’t work. It feels like the developers need to come up with an update in order to make their app compatible with the Android 13 update.

Hello My app says connected but also says no cameras and when I try to reset it and take a pic of code it says already exists. I cannot fix it. Please help me and tell me what is wrong. I called and the guy says if it is over 2 years old I am out of luck. He cannot help me. What is with that?
There is no data on the timeline. The system is up and running and I can view live feed, but no timeline. I have reset the box and re-entered my account information on my device multiple times to no avail.
Push notifications stop 1-2 weeks every month. Have to have WiFi for camera to work. App won't open with WiFi, I have to disconnect WiFi on my Android phone for app to work! Playback is impossible, it freezes then force closes since August.
Can only watch approximately 2 saved videos on app then it freezes. All live cameras spin and all saved video spins or disappears. It’s like it loses communication. Reboot fixes but I have to reboot about every 3 minutes to restore.

Device DVR-hd30b-8 UIDus34b77d8tmv529y111a DVR8-XHD30_20180822 Not recording power down then up again, not recording. Storage device error shutdown and reboot, no bit rate sdOa, Read device . If i format the drive and reset up I can get it to start recording. it records for 2 days and I get the same errors. After the errr I cannot access the recordingsit sto[s reordng and it will not start recording again unless i reset the drive.

I can’t reset my dvr because it won’t allow me to login my account. I paid $500 for this system and it been 2 months and it’s messed up. I can’t bring up nonthing on my iPhone.
the app updated and it no longer works can't bring up the system uninstalled it 18 times and reinstalled it nothing
