I have a problem with Night Owl X

- App has had issues with live feed and connectivity

- Default view not saved in the app

- Delay in reviewing playback after receiving motion notifications

- Motion sensor can be triggered by non-threatening objects

- App lacks fast forward/rewind buttons

- App has issues with iOS updates

- Audio and two-way communication may not work

- App can be unreliable and not show live or playback footage.

I think your last update has killed the ability for me to see cameras. It loses connection everytime the system, reboots.

It use to work now it doesn't work. I love my night owl but the app is not good. Please help me solve this problem

To resolve Night Owl X network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Force Stop the Night Owl X App
1. On android, goto Settings » Night Owl X » click [Force Stop]

Clear Night Owl X App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » Night Owl X » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart Night Owl X.

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click Night Owl X » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto Night Owl X » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch Night Owl X
