The camera have great features as I have the battery powered version. However, they mean nothing if the app itself doesn’t work properly or even at all sometimes. There are many downsides at the moment. From failing to connect to your cameras and viewing through them on the app to constant loading without end throughout the app such as finding your system or cameras and viewing recorded history.
On the cameras, while they have great features, they don’t always work. Notice sometimes they don’t record anything even though did previously. Got them mainly for the subscription free part and app viewing while away with the nice features, but right now only the subscription free is all I’m getting out of it.

Completely HORRIBLE!!! Every single thing about it is horrible. It sends notifications of movement then when you click on it it tells you nothings connected. When you call customer care you have to go through your whole in home device and reset everything on the device, computer and then phone. It takes about 6 hours each time and all they do is transfer you. Seriously find a better camera with better customer care.
**UPDATE** IDK what was fixed or improved, it’s worse than before. And customer service with this company is an absolute joke!!! Seriously save your sanity and money, go with a better company - they just hang up on you if you ask questions.

Incredibly disappointed with this system. The color is horrible which ultimately we could deal with. However, we have to logout and back in EVERY SINGLE TIME we want to view anything. One of us may get an alert while the other doesn’t and yes, alerts are turned on. The logging out and back in was an issue a while back but it seemed to be resolved for a short time. Now it’s back and worse than before. Looking forward to replacing these very soon. Pay attention to the reviews folks. There aren’t many and the majority are bad or mediocre. This speaks volumes! Not worth the price when you can get a much better system for a little more.
