Hoopla Status

first given blank history and unable to search. close app and reopen now has logged me out. won't take login credentials. delete and redownload app. now works but for how long? this is the 2nd time in 6 months. app previously worked without any issues 5 years. now it's 36 minutes of trouble shooting, time wasting and annoyance

Icon for auto media appears in the top right corner. Does not allow me to switch off.

For the past several days I cannot get my audio books to play on my android phone or tablet. Sometimes it "says" it's playing but it's not. Other times all it gives me is the stop button, not even the play button. I'm right in the middle of a mystery! (book, I mean)

Hoopla hasn’t worked since March on Amazon Fire TV/Stick. Worked flawlessly before that. Endless spinning circle at activation attempt. I’ve tried every self-help remedy, and done the rounds with Hoopla support for two months now. They either say they are aware of the problem and are working on it, or can’t replicate it and are stumped. A simple search shows many with same streaming error - on Fire, Roku, Direct TV. Devs must not care about satisfaction, I guess.

For the last several months I’ve not been able to access movies on hoopla on the first day of the month. I get a message saying the limit set by the library has been reached. I have to wait until tomorrow to access any movies. What is that about?

What is the point of this app if it doesn’t work when u need it? Wasted time downloading and wouldn’t work offline or even log me in Horrible.

App opens on my iPhone but there is zero content. Have deleted and reinstalled but still no content in the app.

Hi This is the second time this has happened I log in to hoopla and my home screen is blank. Cannot do a search and see anything. I deleted app and reinstalled still not working. Thank you

I think my Hoopla crashed. When I tried opening it this morning, a log in page came up, which was unusual. When I logged in, there were no audio books showing and I can’t find the book I was listening to. My favorites are gone. There is absolutely nothing showing except the top title and toolbar and “my hoopla” and search at the bottom. The rest is totally blank

Hoopla not working on iPhone or iPad. This is how I read. Please help

When I try to watch a movie, I get a message that I’ve reached my limit for the day although Ive watched nothing. I get this frequently.

Will not let me login. Keeps saying doesn’t recognize password/email address.

Hoopla not working on my Roku Stick. Other apps work fine. Please help. Thank you.

When I play videos they keep stopping. I can get the video going again but it stops a few minutes later.

Hi, hoopla is not available on my kindle fire.

I had Hoopla installed on my phone but was having some issues with it skipping so I decieded to uninstall it to see if that would work. (IT did when I did that with Libby) But now my phone says there is no Hoopla app. It's like it's never existed. I can get it on my computer but no my phone. Any ideas?

When playing an audio book, hoopla keeps freezing, especially at end of chapter, but in the middle sometimes too. Can’t restart/stop, just frozen. Restarted app several times (and phone) to no avail.

Every book I have tried to listen to has developed skipping problems. It starts fine, but after well into the book, every several seconds it skips a few seconds. The intervening material is lost, ie, it does not pick up where it left off. Using on iphone

Got a new iPhone. Hoopla loads but won’t play the audio book I took out.

Can no longer get into Hoopla on my iPhone. All was fine until two days ago. No problem on my iPad.

My Hoopla library no longer shows All of my favorites. It shows a few and then just repeats them over and over as you scroll down. It does not do this on my iPhone Hoopla app. My Kindle is only about a year old so it should still be supported by Hoopla. This problem started just a few months ago.

Ebook stalled on Calculating pages and does not open

Pressed play, screen returned to select play, again, selected play again. Reinstalled hoopla, same as before: hit play returned to select play, gave up.

Unable to log into Hoopla on IPhone now which I was able to before. Hoopla works on my IPad however.
