For some reason, after moving to another state, I have been unable to associate my new library and library card to my Hoopla account. When I tell Hoopla on the login page that I forgot my email, it sends me back the wrong email address associated with my new library and new library card. Yet it says my new cards are registered to my account I'd like to start over and register as a new account. Can I do that please?
By mistake i clicked on the WEDDING AT SEAGROVE in audio instead of the read one. Is there anyway this can be corrected. Looking forward to your help in this matter. Brenda Humphrys
My phone updated last night, now my hoopla won't play the book I was listening to. It has a tab that says "Starting playback" on the screen but nothing will work.
Hoopla app completely nonfunctional today (May 24th, 2023). All I get is a blank Home screen. Tried everything short of reinstalling the app. Glitchy and slow at the best of times. Long overdue for an upgrade.
