Here are the issues I’ve been experiencing using an iPad Pro OS 16.7.8 and heart rate tracker RTHM-24 and open run pro by Shokz Bluetooth headphones: 1. Doesn’t continue tracking time when I switch over to another app 2. Doesn’t track heart rate even though it says the heart rate monitor is paired

Training video is not coming. It has been 3 days. I am in China now.

I own a skillmill connect. I try to log into my machine with the technogym app via bluetooth on my smartphone. When I scan the QR code with the technogym app the mywellness app pops up but quickly returns me back to login to the technogym app where I started. It will do so over and over. So I can't get either app to input the the data I generate while using the treadmill.
